Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 床铺舒适,服务一般 1.第一次安排的1010房间,被单有两个硬币大小的污迹(应该是没有洗干净),遂与前台联系,经安排后换房到1099,这个处理基本满意,但是对HIX的卫生状况感到担心。 2.换到1099后,觉得中央空调有点热和闷,想调节到冷风(当时室温可能有28度左右,我大概是想调节到23~24度的冷风)来均衡一下,结果还是暖风,因为12点多了,懒得折腾了,也就凑合把空调关了就算了,这个建议加强设备的检修。 3.房间热水不错,建议可以考虑可以增加顶部大淋浴的装置。 4.两间房间的卫生间状况有点堪忧,特别是墙壁跟地板角落位置,有点污迹。建议卫浴墙壁如果不贴瓷砖的话,可以用深色直接覆盖全墙面,会让人舒服点。 5.网络一般,电梯位置wifi无信号,建议覆盖。 6.早餐就餐时的清洁服务一般,我见到台面上不干净的情况很多,而且到我吃完早餐时,一直没清理。 7.我记得Check Out时间应该是下午4点,可前台告诉我是3点,当时跟前台再三确认,她告诉我3点,我想酒店跟IHG官网如果政策待遇有冲突的话,可否提前告知以哪个为准,免得我行程上安排不妥。 8.Check out的时候,可能由于前台换班没交接好的原因,竟然不知道我从1010换到1099的事情,而且还不知道我退房时间是15:00(官网的政策应该是16点的),后来经过她另外一个同事指点后解决了。 9.简单说说,以上很多问题可能是人员培训问题以及管理不到位的问题,还有部分硬件改善问题,建议加强培训服务人员的服务意识以及加强卫生管理。 November 19, 2014

Suggest the hotel to sponsor the Metro to update the exit sign and to include the hotel into the station exit map. Otherwise, it is really difficult to go into the hotel, you know seeing the hotel does not mean able to reach the hotel's entrance especially when there are walls and buildings surrounding the hotel. Meanwhile IHG members can enjoy the late check-out at 2pm, however the front-desk did not mention and did not program the key card. so, the door key card became invalid after 12noon. October 31, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 非常糟糕的一次入住 入住楼层的下一层是办公区域,不归酒店管理,酒店隔音效果也非常差。从晚上9点开始,楼下办公区域有人玩游戏,声音非常吵 。 12点多开始投诉,发现临近的几个房间也进行了投诉,1点多才确认声音来源,但是未彻底解决,直至凌晨3点多,才逐渐没有声音,整晚都没有睡好。总之非常糟糕的一次入住! October 27, 2014
