Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 服务员素质不一致,前台很棒,早餐服务员反应好慢 设施确实比较旧了,前台服务员一再说酒店正在装修,比较努力的强调下次入住肯定会很好,我觉得态度还是很热情的,可是我去吃早餐的时候看到有俩人都在收盘子,我想找杯白开水,叫了几声服务员没人理我,后来我走到一个服务员旁边他才发现我需要帮助,也无语了。吃完发退房的时候,前台人员问我入住怎么样,我说早餐的事,前台服务员立马道歉,说会告诉相关经理,一定会改善。希望餐厅会跟前台一样都反应快点 February 21, 2015

CI时前台明确不提供行李车,无行李员,可以接受。在前台等待20分钟后,等来行李车。自己推车到房间。 CO时电话前台希望提供一辆行李车到房间,行李实在多(6件,1人handle不来),前台拒绝,表示可以理解。稍后立马来电说,考虑到早上人少,会马上推一辆过去。赞一个 2. 订的乞丐房,Parkview也不是。第���天晚上咨询过前台关于手机app上房型的描述差异,“有的乞丐房有提供ipod dock”,前台看了,主动提出“如果第二天情况允许,可以升到parkview”。虽然之后的2天都是很晚回店,没能换房,但还是点赞+1 cons 1. 洗衣币。CI时想到可能会使用洗衣服务,就简单咨询,购买两枚,自己没有问未使用退还事宜,前台也没提到这一点(还是木有经验啊)。CO时,前台明确回复“由于财务规定,不能退”“您可以下次来住再使用” 回答的很明确,无丝毫退让。只好收起来,CO走人。 跟进: 致电4848,询问洗衣币未使用退还。4848把issue转给酒店,酒店宾客关系联系,“目前酒店已经在upgrade服务,这次前台服务不足,没有及时申请特殊处理,赔偿1000points”。 我能理解,前台姑娘是照章办事,遵守酒店规定。都没错,是我在购买时没能提出这个问题,想当然的以为可以退,自己把预期提高了,没办法。 以上 February 17, 2015
