Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 需要改进 房间太旧,洗手间异味搞得房间都总有味道,早餐时人多座位不足。入住时太晚说会员果盘第二天送房间,结果直到第四天退房也没见到。预授权完成时没打出来单子,被要求又做了一次预授权。和服务员说请核实后告知我情况,无论第二次预授权是需要完成还是撤销,请都给我打个电话。结果退房2天多了,也没联系。 November 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Gem In North Beijing A great hotel for a great value while staying in North Beijing. Close to the subway and a wide variety of shopping and dining venues. I was especially impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. Some spoke English well and all were very interested in communicating and attending to my needs. Really can't say anything bad about this stay. It's not a 5 star hotel but its a strong 4 star for a very decent price. Just the pleasant way everyone treats the guests makes this a place where I want to stay again. Great job! November 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sinking Standards I think this is about the 10th time I have stayed at this hotel and I must say it seems to be getting worse every time. First on the day of check in I was called to ask what time I would arrive, no big issue so I said about 9.30pm. At 9.32pm I was called again to ask where I was like some naughty schoolboy out past his bed time. I told the girl I would be there later as I was busy with work stuff. Another 15 minutes later I was called again and told they needed to know as the hotel was fully booked! This was just ridiculous when this was a corporate booking for 4 nights and this was about the 10th time since summer I have been there. Second incredulous piece of "Customer Service" was at breakfast. Half the tables were occupied and the other half had dirty dishes on them. I shouted on the waiter 4 times before he responded and what a response it was. I asked him to clean a table and he said " No" he then explained as there was a table for 4 people with only two people at it my wife and I should site there! What made it even worse was said waiter had obviously not showered. I think it is time IHG did an audit of this place. Oh one last comment. that stuff you call baked beans at breakfast is not baked beans. Please buy 1 tin of Heinz Beans and do a comparison. You will see that have nothing in common. I have no idea what that stuff you provide is. November 12, 2015
