Poor WiFi reception in the first room I stayed which is at the end of the corridor, ask the front desk for room changing. The front desk manager(Male) behave unfriendly while making the arrangement, even I'm the Platinum card holder, I can't image how he treat other customer.

浴室里面只有沐浴露和洗发水二合一的产品，没有肥皂，其实许多人还是习惯使用肥皂，我也知道所有的智选假日酒店都没有肥皂，是否可以加一块洗浴香皂应该更好。这样的成本实际没有增加多少，请考虑此提议。

The girl at the front desk was very friendly and she offered me Single King Bed Room when I told her I made a mistake when making the reservation online.
The room was very clean and tidy, but it was kinda small. The only problem I had was the heat in the room, even though I turned the temperature down, it still felt very hot and dry and it made me uncomfortable in the night.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious, tastefully done with a nice view. The bed is comfortable and affords a good night's sleep. Work desk with necessary functional elements. Free in- room internet is huge plus (missing in HI Focus Square down the road). TV is disappointing with few English channels. Staff (including the front desk) struggles with English. Breakfast all Chinese, no Western. Other dining options available in malls outside. Taxis also easily available. Overall good experience except that non-Chinese travellers might be disappointed

this is a terrible experience..no water supply at 11:00pm and then WiFi network down..
Bathroom seems to be without cleaning..I will suggest another hotel to my friend..

the temperature which the air conditor set is too cold. you can turn the temperature to 25-28 to make the costumer more comfortable and also save the resource.
