We had a very nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Belen. The rooms were roomy, clean, quiet and beds comfortable. They have a small exercise room which I used and was satisfied. The breakfast in the morning included eggs, pork and turkey sausage, bagels, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, hot coffee, tea, juices. It was yummy.
We had an unusual snow and the roads were icy. The front registration were very hospitable and kind. We'll be back!

Far enough from interstate so no traffic noise, clean room,comfortable bed, good shower, plenty of hot water, very little noise from other rooms even in the morning. Above average breakfast

room was overall a good choice, but maybe upstairs might be quieter. Second time I have stayed here.
TV was a problem one night to get HBO, exact channel was not listed and could not change to 500 level, next night it worked.

This has been my worst experience staying at a hotel in my life.
There is no customer service, the front desk person was super rude and in a bad mood right from the start of my arrival. I got locked out of the hotel, and I had to call front desk to let me back in. When I suggested to the front desk person that a sign would help keep people from getting locked out, she said no that she had told me not to go through that door when checking in, which was a bold faced lie. She didnt even say hi when I arrived at hotel. Worst stay of my life in a hotel, and I travel a whole lot. I'm contemplating not staying in Holiday Express hotels ever again.

This hotel is the best place for a germ phobic person. Every nook and cranny is super clean. The lay-out of the room makes it cozy and comfortable. The staff are very warm and friendly. They are attentive to one's needs. I happened to have a rude person in the next room, but the front desk staff took care of the problem and were most apologetic even though it was clearly not their fault.
