Very clean, spacious and helpful staff. Breakfast was great as there a good variety every day and the pool was a nice size when it was quiet.

The hotel staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The room was clean and quiet and there are multiple choices for dining close by.

We were very happy with the hotel. It was light and airy. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was great and the breakfast, which was included in the price, had a variety of cold and hot choices. It was also very tasty.

Items that should be improved
-Internet access is near impossible around 9pm
-have kitchenettes in some rooms
-microwaves don't have enough power to even do popcorn (one microwave shut off after trying to pop a bag for 3 minutes)
-need separate key for fitness center
-supposed to go to front desk to get pool towels
-number of washers and dryers
-quality of breakfast juices, bread is dried out, no omelet varieties

Hello, As a Holiday Inn constant visitor and Time Share Owner I was very disappointed with the service I received at this property. I was given a coupon to use from one property at ANY property. When I mentioned this coupon when I booked, they said, we don't know bring in the coupon. However before I could bring it in the message was at the front desk when I checked in that the manager left for the day and has decided not to honor my coupon. They did have a room for me, which I was happy not to be on the street that night. The next day when I called to see about staying another night, they didn't have a room for me unless I wanted to pay a large cost for a King suite. I did check out with extreme disappointment. I am on the road FIVE DAYS A WEEK with my job and always looking to stay at all the Holiday Inn properties around Canada. I did find wonderful service at a competitor's property down the street for a lot less with great service. When I checked in I was asked if I wanted a points card, which I said yest to, and got right there on the spot. I will be collecting points at that property when I come to Bellville from now on. Sorry Holiday Inn.

The minute I walked in to this hotel I had a feeling my 2 night stay would be worry free and relaxing. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and courteous and made sure they met all my needs upon arrival. Both nights in my King Executive room were truly relaxing and enjoyable. The pool and fitness room are very well kept, as are all the facilities in this hotel There is not much to do in terms of shopping or night life in the area, but the amazing stay made up for that. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Quinte area on business or leisure whether on a budget or not.
