Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed in HIE Bellevue I felt the breakfast was sub-standard. I’ve stayed here for over two weeks and the breakfast attendant was late a couple of times. Also, the egg omelets always seem to be burned. I’ve never have seen this phenomenon before. It’s a prepackaged item. I don’t know how it comes out burned. Don’t they just heat this up? It’s not like they really cook anything. One evening the front desk gal and the Manager’s receptionist (girl pouring beer) were gossiping while I tried to eat and drink my beer. They didn’t even go into the back room. The swearing and complaining about management was too loud & rude. The beds are average and I get a since of cheapness in this hotel. I know this brand is on the cheaper side, but I’ve had much better experiences in a Holliday Inn Express. October 29, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very close to Offutt AFB I took a trip to Omaha to spend a long weekend with my daughter who's stationed at Offutt AFB. The hotel is located just down the road from Offutt and offers a lot of resturants and shopping within a short distance. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. I will defiantly be staying here again on our next visit. October 3, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room and pool. The room was really nice. The beds were very comfortable. Usually I have trouble falling asleep in a motel but did not have that problem at yours. The pool water was too cold at least for me anyway, could not swim in it. Very nice pool area though. Breakfast was really good a lot of good choices. I would recommend this motel. September 9, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pitiful customer service Truth be told we provided this room for out son and friends while attending the Ice Cream Cruise. Being a platinum member I accrued points and a free coupon for free nights stay and decided to "gift" him the 2 nights stay. A room with 2 queen beds was requested. Upon arrival they received a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. Ok, so they dealt with that for the night as the hotel was booked solid. My son spoke with Tom the next day and they were provided a room as previously requested. It was early and the room was still being cleaned so they had to wait, no big deal. Went to check the room and it was smoky....uh, no way. Non smoking was requested. Went back to Tom and had to wait for another room to be cleaned. By the time they were able to get in the room,....it was later. Room was dirty, bathrroom had hair everywhere (gross) wallpaper peeling, air was not working properly. Back to front desk, fully booked, stuck. Why did I use my points and a coupon for a freee night here??? This was obviously a waste of my well earned stays elsewhere. As a frequent business traveler and platinum member this is one place I will never step foot into. Sorry Holiday Inn Express.....this location needs your attention. August 8, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service, no towells, modified breakfast The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows had the wrong cases on them. If they are going to say hard and soft they should put them on the correct pillow. We went for a swim and there absolutely no towels, someone else said they had asked for some and were told they were just short on towels so none would be put out. Saturdays breakfast was good and what we expected, however Sundays they ran out of half n half and 2% for the coffee. They did fill the 2% with what looked to be skim and was sour. They did not have any pancakes, bacon or rolls. When we asked about it we were told it was a modified breakfast. Why do they charge more for a weekend stay and give poor service. When mom complained at the front counter, they did not offer any kind of solution just excuses. I do not recommend this hotel in the Omaha area. August 5, 2013

On our last stay, the room we had requested had a maintenance problem. They upgraded us to adjoining rooms to accommodate two adults and three kids. One of our kids slept on an air mattress, and each day housekeeping made up his "bed" as well - it made him feel so special! The rooms are immaculate and every request made is honored. Great location - close to wonderful restaurants! Will stay here again and again! July 27, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Turn down the lights! We stayed in this hotel on the way from Colorado. We pulled in very late and just wanted to watch a little tv and get some sleep before resuming the second leg of our trip the next morning. The tv had been unplugged by housekeeping (I guess) so a call to the desk straightened that out. Toilet was not flushing properly but was usable. We had a room on the first floor and the floodlights from the yard were shining directly on our window. The darkening curtain did not pull completely across the window so could not get to sleep! We tried every which way to get those things to close but no luck. The next time we pull up to a hotel with those lights, we'll insist on a different room! Not a good Holiday Inn experience. My husband looks forward to the breakfast but no rolls, yogurts or the things he likes to eat and are usually there at the HI breakfast buffet. Kind of a bummer to top it off. The desk manager was very apologetic - nice guy. July 6, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Choice We needed a hotel for two nights for a wedding. This hotel was the perfect choice for us. It had a nice pool and hot tub, and I used both. The king room with sofa was spacious and clean, as were the bathroom and all public areas. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the ladies in charge of breakfast did a wonderful job. We are not hard to please, but do insist on a clean room and clean food area. This Holiday Inn passed with flying colors on both. July 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Undiscovered Gem south of Omaha I cannot believe that as many times s we have visited the Bellevue area for its proximity to Omaha yet away from the crowd, we have not stayed at this Holiday Inn. Location is perfect - right off US 75 and Cornhusker near numerous uncrowded eateries, and shopping. Right up Ft Crook/13th street is the zoo and further up is the Old Market and Durham Museum. The staff went out of their way to help us and indulged us in my wife's need for extra de caf in the majestic suite with fridge sink and microwave. ONLY minor irritant : too much water pressure - a true rarity in our travels. Breakfast was sumptious including the trademark cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon, etc. AND to our surprise there was a managers social each afternoon with fingerfood and beer/wine. June 27, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by cleanliness and breakfast area upon checking in, the young man was pleasant and helpful; the room was ok. The next morning upon going to breakfast and looking around, we noticed how the motel was going down hill since the first time we spent a night there. It was not as clean and spiffy as it should have been. The outside, just outside the door, the ground was cluddered with cigarret butts. The workers must have been the ones smoking because they had been there quite some time. The breakfast area was unclean...the tables had not been wiped off after being used...they were dirty. The "hot" food was cold and not a good selection. No fruit, no low cal yogurt. We have decided that we will not be stopping there again. thanks for listening.... February 2, 2013
