Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place To Stay This was our second stay in this hotel and this room! Love the suite. It is a great value and meets our needs perfectly. The hotel staff is very attentive to any questions or concerns. Everything is very clean including the stairways where we meet a staff person on their hands and knees vacuuming the steps! Food selection at the breakfast area is great and always kept hot and clean! January 7, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Holiday Inn for a Quiet night I have stayed at thousands of hotels and this is the first time ever that I checked out early and went home. The noise in this hotel is terrible. You can hear conversations of you neighbor like they were in your own room. You can hear every step of the people above you as the floor creeks while they walk. I notified the front desk at 11:30 that there was just too much noise and she did offer to move us, but I had both my kids in bed and said if I have to pack everything up and get the kids dressed to move we would just leave. We waited for the noise to stop, but it never stopped and at 12:30 is when the neighbors were just starting their party. This is when the pizza arrived for them. None of us could sleep- so we checked out at 12:30 am and I drove over 2 hours to go home. The issue I have is this- with a completely empty hotel (only a few cars in the lot) why was we all placed side by side? Secondly, we had a suite that we were paying a premium for so why could it not be a nice quiet room (why is this such a noisy room)? The lady at the front desk said she was not surprised that the room next to us was going to be noisy. As far as the other issues- The breakfast was the worst ever at a holiday inn. The juice was room temperature and when I let them know- they offered to put ice in my orange juice. I guess their refrigeration was not working. The eggs were crusty (I think they microwaved them too long). The pancake machine was broken. For some reason there was a dog roaming the hallways. I also let the front desk know and they said that there should not be animals in the hotel, but the day manager seen this and said nothing. The dog was in the eating area also and it was not a service dog. Because we checked out, we were not charged for the room but it is very disappointing and this will probably change our view of the Holiday Inn chains for future travel. As a long time business traveler, I would want to know if I could get a nice sleep in a hotel so I wrote this review. December 31, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff great but maintenance poor Have no complaints about the staff, they were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. There was hair left on the bathroom floor, after they had been there, one bed was unmade because a stuffed animal had been left on the bed, used cups had not been replaced, and when we asked the staff to have someone look at the light fixture over the sink which was not coming on, and they failed to fix this, so we had no light for two mornings out of three over the sink. This was mentioned to the front desk three times, to three employees. That was very disappointing. The staff member at checkout offered a conciliatory 5000 points for my inconvenience, but this should not be necessary but the effort was appreciated. December 19, 2014
