Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay We stay here several times a year and have always had an excellent experience. We especially like the staff, among them Samir the General Mgr. who works the front desk and is available for help or questions. We also have had excellent service from Michael and Francis. The hotel is in a great location: one block away on either side is Subway and The Omlette House. On one end is a big Safeway, Peet's and Starbucks. Several blocks in the other direction is Laurel St. in San Carlos that has numerous restaurants and is fun to walk. Be sure to try HIE Belmont. You will enjoy the experience. September 9, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to usual IHG standards Room was comfortable and it's location for our business purposes drove the choice. Staff was very friendly. Disappointed in cleanliness. Old soap left in bathroom and the bathroom door was cracked and in need of repair. The refrigerator also did not get cold enough to safely keep food. I prefer IHG and am a member of the rewards club but this facility was not one of the better locations. September 9, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping went the extra mile Hotel was booked with several large groups and housekeeping really stepped up to get a room ready when we needed to switch rooms mid stay. Front desk staff was completely preoccupied with booking issues and felt unavailable to address issue with computer printer in lobby not working. August 30, 2014
