Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday inn in Bemont NC All I can say about this hotel is don't go there. The room smelled of cigarettes and cheap perfume. I could here everything going on out side my room and in the room next to mine. Breakfast was less than desirable. They offered some light snack and drinks in the evening. There was a couple of choices of beer and some cold sloppy meat balls that looked like they were in some thick jell. I am not sure if they offered something else and they just ran out or if the meat balls were the only choice. There was no other choice than beer. So again I wasn't sure if they were out of all the other choices or that is all they offered because there was NO ONE around to ask any questions. March 16, 2015

It's no 5 star environment, but it's the next best thing...comfort, genuine service, and a beautiful breakfast for everyone. It was a wonderful stay after a terribly disappointing overnight layover. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience I can not express how great my stay was with the Holiday Inn Express! This was my second time staying at this hotel. Each time the staff has been so friendly and helpful. Everyone is so nice and I appreciated how the managers came around and asked us how our stay was while we sat around and ate breakfast. The breakfast was also really good with alot of options to chose from. Lastly the GM upgraded my guest and I to a 2 Queen Bed Suite for no additional cost!!! I will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express again next year!! Keep on providing great customer service to your guest!!! March 4, 2015
