Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay. Room needed a little TLC.. Pros: Very nice place to stay. Extremely courteous staff. Great rates. Perfect location.Room was extremely clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Slept very well. Breakfast was just as I expect to be with decent quality food and a variety of choices of hot and cold. Shower was great. High water pressure and plenty of hot water. Ample towels and wash clothes. Heater/AC unit functioned perfectly. No issues with card key; worked every time. Room was ready upon check-in. Check-in was fast and easy. Cons: The room needed a little TLC (Room 219 for staff to look into)... Every single knob on my dresser was loose to the point of almost falling off. I hand tightened myself. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on. I was afraid that it would fall off. It did not. (Another coworker who was staying there said the same thing about the dresser knobs in their room...) Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The One nighter!! Stayed here for one night. The place was great and very reasonable. The staff was the BEST!! Starting with the guy who picked me up at the airport I have never experienced a more friendly and helpful staff anywhere. Everyone had a big smile on their face and went out of their way to help me. They drove me to a Catholic Church for Mass and picked me up. They took me to get something to eat!! They were great!! February 24, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service Flight was cancelled so I asked to stay at a Holiday Inn with shuttle service. I was picked up and dropped off at the hotel by the shuttle service but was told he was not going to do any food runs, this I understand because the roads were getting bad. On the next day with no cloths or food I had to walk to get something to eat and to shop for cloths. the roads were clear but they would not help a stranded customer saying roads were still to bad even though shops were only a mile away and roads were clear. On the following day I had to get a taxi to the airport because the roads were suppose to be to bad, funny but the roads to the airport were clear and had no problems getting there. Never had so little help from a hotel. February 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ice Storm Great hotle experience on a last minute notice avoiding spending the night at thed airport Rate was nearly double the ABB corporate rate for the following night in Raleigh even though I requested the ABB rate I realize most drivers in this area are not used to driving in the conditions experienced, but not running the shuttle in the morning was real overkill as expressways were mainly wet and alittle slushy with no ice.
