Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for the holidays! I stayed here for over a week during Christmas while visiting family in the area. Everyone was very courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Special kudos go to Michaela at the front desk, the kitchen lady who made awesome coffee, and the beautiful lady who seems to work all positions and helped me when my laundry machine kept unbalancing. I only wish the pillows actually had a mix of firm and soft. I woke up with a sore neck most mornings from too soft pillows. January 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great bed awesome stay and breakfast was the best I only stay at the Holiday Inn Express when I am in Benton Harbor. I love the cleanliness, the staff, and the way I always feel at home. I stayed here for 2 weeks after I lost my son and they were very understanding and compassionate. They are the best. My only complaint is that the house keeping staff was off on New Year's Day 2015 January 7, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 There to say goodbye to someone special... My dad passed away and my family came to town to celebrate his life. We were a bit noisy and busy throughout the hotel and never once did the staff complain. They accommodated us just fine and we would recommend this hotel to others and stay there again when we come to town. January 2, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by not greeted on arrival This location has changed front desk people about 12 times in the last 3 months. This person again did not greet me as a gold IHG® Rewards Club Member, no complimentary bottle of water. There was a large spider on the bed, I chased it under the AC unit, went to desk and they offered to send someone who never showed. I went to Wal-Mart bought some bug spray and sprayed the room.
