Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Condition of the Room I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express a number of times. I've been completely satisfied in the past. However, this time, the room was in terrible condition. The carpet was soiled and torn. Several places in the carpet were frayed. The bedding was torn in several places. The wall covering was coming off the wall. And, the bathroom showed signs of rust and dirt in various places. The facial tissue dispenser was empty and the sink appeared to have been left unattended. (Room 223) I compliment the staff as warm and welcoming. It was truly a disappointing stay. October 23, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice renovations!!! Comfortable room!! This is always a nice place to stay. It was quiet too, no rowdy neighbors! The only complaint was the housekeeping. The coffee service was not refilled on Thursday and I put the empty tissue box on the back of the toilet and was still on the back of the toilet when I came in on Thursday evening. I left a note asking please and thank you to refill coffee service and tissues. Tissues were filled. Coffee only had two regular, no decaf which I like to have in the evening. Yes, I know I could have gotten some downstairs, but didn't want to go back out. Had worked all day was already in jammies. I normally leave tip for housekeeping, but not this time...sorry. We have always stayed at the Holiday Inn when traveling because of their reputation of being clean and comfortable, however our stay at this hotel on Oct 18th was very disappointing, upon entering our room we found the carpet to be torn all the way across the door about 2 inches wide, pillows clumpy, sheets very worn and dingy, floor dirty and lighting in the bathroom very bad. We had actually stayed at this location a couple of week earlier but thought we would give them another chance since all of the other hotels were booked. This is the worst experience we have ever had in a Holiday Inn. October 21, 2014

We always like fruit and a roll, so the roll is always very good. hits the spot. When we travel we enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express. The beds are almost always comfortable. October 18, 2014
