Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed reviews on customer service The hotel is a good hotel for the money. I stay here often and this is the first time I encountered less than wonderful service. Thankfully it was only with the night shift. The morning shift at the desk more than made up for it with their friendliness and helpfulness. I had a very simple issue ( iron didn't work) and tried to call the front desk. No one answered from the room phone or my cell. Soooo--I had to get dressed and go downstairs. One gentleman went to go get another iron for me and I asked the remaining clerk if anything was wrong with the phones. Long story short, he was rude and dismissive and basically ignored my concerns after telling me that if the phones had ring they would've answered them . September 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Consistantly great experience! There are so many reasons we chose the Holiday Inn Express in Bentonville. We were going to Crystal Bridges the next morning and the hotel was very conveniently located. The check-in couldn't have been smoother. Our room was already cooled and that is so nice to walk into a room that is not hot. I always expect the room to be comfortable when I have reservations made days in advance but its not the case in every hotel. The beds are consistantly comfortable and ours were no exception. We had a great nights sleep. It is so nice to have breakfast in the hotel! We had no complaints about the selection, freshness, even the friendliness of the attendant. It really factures into the price of the hotel to have such a good start to your morning! In shopping for a hotel, there were many who had extra charges for each person, not the case for Holiday Inn Express, up to four with no extra charges. We will return. September 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, well appointed, nice staff I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Holiday Inn Express in Bentonville, AK. The front desk clerk was personable and efficient. The room was attractive and the bathroom well stocked with toiletries and large soft towels. I love that there was a clean duvet cover on the bed. The bed was firm and I would have liked a pillow top, but that's just a personal preference. I did sleep pretty well as the room was dark, quiet and cool. A pillow-top, or a mattress topper would have taken it over the edge to awesome. ;-) September 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value After attending a conference in Kansas City, a friend and I traveled to Bentonville to do some sightseeing and stayed here for two nights. The hotel was easy to find, and we had a nice room. The staff was very nice, and breakfast was good. We also used the business center computer to complete a couple of projects and print our boarding passes. Overall, everything seemed clean. However, we're both rather particular about cleanliness, and felt the cleaning of the carpeting in both the hallway and room could have been much better. The edge of the carpeting (where the wall and floor meet) looked as if it had been quite a while since it had been vacuumed. Our room actually had enough dust in one area that we could push it into a pile. In the hallway, there was what looked like shredded paper in front of one doorway that was never vacuumed up during our stay. I gave a four for sleep quality, only because we could hear showers and toilets flush, but that's a fairly common thing in hotels. September 20, 2015
