Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and good location Booked this hotel on-line for a visit to family in the area and to visit local tourist sites. Hotel is easy to access from Interstate. Ample parking. Easy to check-in with friendly staff. Convenient to museums, shopping and restaurants. Quiet room and comfortable beds. Breakfast choices were very good and I plan to stay here again for future visits to the area. November 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Great Staff We have given up on calling the IHG toll free number because we have great difficulty understanding the people they hire to make reservations and who try to sell you on something else. This really applied on this trip with IHG and almost turned us off on IHG altogether. Because of the time on our first night, my wife decided to call and had to speak to someone who was extremely difficult to understand. She kept trying to sell my wife on a different accommodation other than what my wife called about. After several minutes of trying to get info on a standard room, my wife got frustrated and ended the call and made reservations with another chain. The chain she made reservations with had someone who was easy to understand and who gave her the info that was requested.. For the rest of our trip we only dealt with the hotels direct and waited until we got to the town and checked them out. In Bentonville we found a hotel that was a different chain and went to check it out. On the way, we past this Holiday Inn Express and decided to stop. We were very glad we did as we have never been treated so professionally at any IHG property. We didn't mention we were IHG Platinum members, but while filling out the paperwork for the stay, the desk clerk noticed my card and unlike most of the IHG facilities we have stayed in, he thanked us for our platinum membership and although we did not ask for it, he automatically upgraded our room at the same price. Everything about this property and stay from A-Z was top notch and the staff was absolutely the best of any hotel chain we have ever stayed in. Every staff member we came n contact with was friendly and when we asked questions, they went out of their way to help. We asked about different things in the area and the person who helped us was very cordial and told us all we wanted to know. Obviously this facility has a GM who cares. If every hotel were like this, we would never stay with another chain. . November 16, 2015

I want to be able to manage the room temperature and have reasonably fast internet connections. This hotel met and exceeded those expectations. November 12, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant get away I visited as a member of a group of woman traveling together. The rooms were clean, nice shower and appreciated the xtra pillows on the queen bed. We enjoyed nearby resturants for dinner, but the breakfast was okay for a quick cup of coffee or juice. November 10, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Barking dog This is a pet free hotel. No dogs except service dogs The room next to me had a small dog that barked all the time I reported it. Nothing was done. The next day it barked again I had to put my dog in a kennel which cost me a lot of money.bc I couldn't bring it I would have loved to have brought my dog. Makes me mad that this person got to bring their dog and nothing was done. Why make rules if your not going to enforce them You're going to make rules stick by them October 28, 2015

Room is clean and meets all needs for a 1 night business stay. Location is convenient and near restaurants. Hotel feels welcoming and safe. October 19, 2015
