Everything was standard for a Holiday Inn, with no surprises or disappointments. Convenient to local restaurants. A few blocks from the interstate, so no highway noise. It’s a nice place to stay when Bentonville. December 22, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Recommend AFTER renovations are completed The rooms are quite dated. There were no outlets available that were working without unplugging something else. The property is under renovation, so the lobby and hallways are a work in progress. Rooms have not been updated yet. The breakfast was good and the weekend breakfast worker was great. She is a hard worker and a very sweet lady. Very helpful. November 20, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was great We got there a little early and our room was not ready. The front desk immediately called the cleaning staff and had them prepare our room while we waited. I told them a dozen times they need not have done that and we would just go to lunch. The front desk said it was not a problem and our room was ready very fast after we got there. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by They Never Fail !!! My Sister and Nieces travel to Arkansas twice a year to visit the Spring and Fall Craft Festivals. We stay here every year. Our room is always spot on clean and fresh and the beds are soooooo comfortable. But this is just the beginning, the STAFF are always polite and ready to meet any and all of our needs. The breakfast is wonderful and NEVER do they let anything run out. I will be back, thank you HIE!!! October 23, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Night at Holiday Inn Express On our trip this past week, we stayed at 3 Holiday Inn Expresses. First was new and pretty nice, second in Louisville, was noisy as was the 3rd in Bentonville. The last 2 were older and the A/C rattled all night every time it came on. I probably won't stay at another HIE unless it is brand new. The old A/C have always been noisy and you can't have the fan blowing continuously with the A/C coming on periodically. Therefore, when they noisily shut off it wakes you up and when they come back on it's even worse. We stayed one night of our trip in another hotel that they were remodeling and they had a wall control on the A/C and you could hardly hear it on or off. It was the only full nights sleep we had the entire trip. Drury also had a happy hour with a small buffet of food as well as a hot breakfast buffet. It was all very good for the price! We do like the sausage gravy on the breakfast buffet at HIE but it's not enough to get us to stay at one again. Really sorry!!! October 4, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Water problem - but it was corrected We checked in early - about 12:30pm. They were able to find us an empty room but as we were leaving the Registration Desk they said "Oh, by the way, the water is out ....but it should be back on soon". Soon turned out to be 4:00pm - the deadline we had set for leaving for another hotel! The room was typical for a Holiday Inn Express - comfortable but nothing to get too excited about. Everyone in my company always stays here as well and we all continue to do it because it's a great hotel. The price is right, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great, the beds are AWESOME, and the breakfast is great too ... really there is nothing bad about this hotel. Upon checking in we were told if we up graded we could earn an additional 1000 priorty points. After viewing our priorty statement these 1000 points have not been credited. Please credit the points. The staff is very helpful and polite and its a great location right off of the interstate and 5 minutes from Walmart HQ. The rooms are nice and kept well. The room was comfortable, the wireless was good (I was in a room closer to the front desk and the wireless was easier to get a good connection than the room I had at the other end of the hotel a few weeks prior), the breakfast was just what I needed. More importantly was the staff. We had scheduled a three day stay but it became obvious that we could finish our work in two. I asked if they could give us an extra hour on the check out time, and they gave us three hours. That was great, because it turned out we checked out an hour and a half after check out time with no extra charges. The manager on duty was very helpful. I'll stay here again. The only drawback is traffic on Walton Road in front of the hotel. This isn't the hotel's fault, but plan on turning right (west) out of the hotel even if you need to go east to the Interstate. The traffic on that road at most times of the day is miserable. December 21, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Holiday Inn Express ever This is the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in, and as a long time Priority Club Platinum member I have stayed in plenty. Normally, I love the Holiday Express but not here. Room was dirty and proerty poorly maintained. They absolutely nothing beyond what is required by Holiday Inn. I had a bad experience prior but thought I should give them another chance. Never again. There are too many better hotels in the area. December 18, 2012
