The front desk clerk knew who I was before I ever told him my name and welcomed me by first and last name. Very helpful and friendly! The stay was comfortable and convenient, as well! I'd definitely stay here again.

The HIE Bentonville is located near local attractions, like Crystal Bridges (highly recommended), as well as many dining and shopping locations, like Pinnacle Hills Promenade. It's clear that the hotel is a little old, but it has been recently remodeled with the new HIE motif. Our room had many exposed cords and the bathroom used fluorescent lighting.
Breakfast was typical HIE fare. Nothing to write home about...
However, what the hotel lacked in newness and pizzazz was more than made up for in hospitality. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. My wife and I were upgraded to a jacuzzi room, a kind and welcome gesture for sure!
If you're a IHG Rewards Club member, I highly recommend this hotel. The other IHG property we've stayed at in Bentonville is the Candlewood Suites, which is very dimly lit and smells of cigarettes. (Although the staff there are equally gregarious...)

On the whole our stay was comfortable. Breakfast items were at proper heat levels. ONLY three things we would recommend improvement. 1. Room bathroom did NOT have a exhaust fan so odors lingered after use. 2. Coffee maker in suite was only a one cup maker. Would have been nicer to at least have a 2-4 cup maker. Then either hot water or coffee could be brewed without having to go downstairs or make over and over again. 3. Coffee was available all day BUT the hot water dispenser was a removed after breakfast. If one wanted to make tea or even hot cocoa-had to request the front desk person to get a cup of hot water. Awkward!

Beautiful! One thing needed is a bigger sign that is more noticeable from each highway direction to make the hotel easier to find. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This by far was the worst Holiday Inn Express that I have ever stayed at. I travel quite a bit, and was greatly disappointed with my 3 night stay.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn several times. It is currently being remodeled, but appears to be nearly updated. Everything was standard for a Holiday Inn, with no surprises or disappointments. Convenient to local restaurants. A few blocks from the interstate, so no highway noise. It’s a nice place to stay when Bentonville.

The rooms are quite dated. There were no outlets available that were working without unplugging something else. The property is under renovation, so the lobby and hallways are a work in progress. Rooms have not been updated yet. The breakfast was good and the weekend breakfast worker was great. She is a hard worker and a very sweet lady. Very helpful.

The hotel computer did not recognize me as a platinum member, no upgrade or even a cheesy offer of water was made. Hotel management was indifferent to the situation. Not my best experience.

We had a medical emergency while visiting , not related to the hotel stay at all. The staff was wonderful! Thanks so much for all the concern and help and helping to take care of us. We will be back and hopefully no medical problems this time.

We got there a little early and our room was not ready. The front desk immediately called the cleaning staff and had them prepare our room while we waited. I told them a dozen times they need not have done that and we would just go to lunch. The front desk said it was not a problem and our room was ready very fast after we got there. Thanks for a great night stay.

My Sister and Nieces travel to Arkansas twice a year to visit the Spring and Fall Craft Festivals. We stay here every year. Our room is always spot on clean and fresh and the beds are soooooo comfortable. But this is just the beginning, the STAFF are always polite and ready to meet any and all of our needs. The breakfast is wonderful and NEVER do they let anything run out. I will be back, thank you HIE!!!

On our trip this past week, we stayed at 3 Holiday Inn Expresses. First was new and pretty nice, second in Louisville, was noisy as was the 3rd in Bentonville. The last 2 were older and the A/C rattled all night every time it came on. I probably won't stay at another HIE unless it is brand new. The old A/C have always been noisy and you can't have the fan blowing continuously with the A/C coming on periodically. Therefore, when they noisily shut off it wakes you up and when they come back on it's even worse.
We stayed one night of our trip in another hotel that they were remodeling and they had a wall control on the A/C and you could hardly hear it on or off. It was the only full nights sleep we had the entire trip. Drury also had a happy hour with a small buffet of food as well as a hot breakfast buffet. It was all very good for the price!
We do like the sausage gravy on the breakfast buffet at HIE but it's not enough to get us to stay at one again. Really sorry!!!

When the hotel found out AI WAS DIABETICthe di noit hesitate to make sure my room had a refridgerator an microwarfv. I thank the staff for their considerartion and concern for my health. I will chose this hote on ecery visit.

We had a large group staying there. The staff were very accomodating. Rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet, located near lots of restaurants, breakfast was great!

We checked in early - about 12:30pm. They were able to find us an empty room but as we were leaving the Registration Desk they said "Oh, by the way, the water is out ....but it should be back on soon".
Soon turned out to be 4:00pm - the deadline we had set for leaving for another hotel!
The room was typical for a Holiday Inn Express - comfortable but nothing to get too excited about. Breakfast was good - what I expect from a HI Express.

I travel to Bentonville with certain frequency and I always stay here. Everyone in my company always stays here as well and we all continue to do it because it's a great hotel. The price is right, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great, the beds are AWESOME, and the breakfast is great too ... really there is nothing bad about this hotel. Always come out very glad that I stayed there.

My Wife and I stayed at this hotel on Feb.15/13 for one night (Room 119). Upon checking in we were told if we up graded we could earn an additional 1000 priorty points. After viewing our priorty statement these 1000 points have not been credited. Please credit the points.
