Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Place to Stay This hotel wasn't as nice as some of the other Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed in, it was a little more dated. The room was clean and met my needs for a place to sleep, but I could tell that the hotel was a little older. The bed had a little sag to it and the TV had some glitches which we were told tends to happen. However, I wouldn't tell you not to stay here. I slept much needed sleep, the shower was nice, and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was hot with several choices and the staff was very friendly. I wouldn't say the place was excellent, but it was an average hotel and provided exactly what I needed for a night. October 8, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Staff experience My initial experience with the front desk representative was the worst service I have received yet. I asked about a charge that was on my card, and he told me that the charge was something that hotel "always" does. I explained that I have stayed there before, my card had not been charged this "fee" in the past. he told me I was wrong, and that its a standard charge. I let it go. I then offered my AAA membership card, he said, he didn't need it, and refused it. I said ok, thank you. I then asked for the WI-FI password, he commented, don't worry its on your paperwork. He handed me my key and walked in to the back room. I got my bags, explained my experienced to my family, and my husband spoke to the manager?. she apologized for our experience, but then sent the representative to my room to apologize that I was offended. Worst experience possible I have stayed at this hotel many times, and is very close to my family, and convenient to the hwy, but I am not sure that I will consider this hotel again.
