Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Great jacuzzi, serious plague problems Great jacuzzi, big and confortable, but there is a serious bug problem. There were millipedes and spiders everywhere, which made the experience hard to enjoy. Specially breakfast. Also, there were long hairs on the bed sheets, and some of the towels smelled like cigarrete, which was annoying, considering it was a non smoking room. This is NOT what I'd call "Holiday Inn" quality, Too bad! I DO NOT recomend this hotel. June 13, 2013

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the checkout in and out process was very efficient. I would defenitely reccomend this location to friends and I would stay here again. May 11, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experience This was a terrible experience from check in to check out. This is not Holiday Inn Express quality. I was not greeted as a Priority Club member, had to wait to check in while the clerk finished a private phone call and was then treated rudely. The breakfast was horrible. Thankfully, there was a Cracker Barrel nearby. We have stayed at this location before, but it has really gone down. Too bad! April 12, 2013

They did not have their famous cinnamon rolls (ran out several days prior), and not much to choose from on the breakfast buffet. The refrigerator was broke in the breakfast area so there wasn't any yogurt or milk. The hotel was ok just not what we have come to expect after staying at other Holiday Inn Express'. April 6, 2013
