My family had an medical emergency while traveling throught the OKC area. When I contacted the hotel to confirm the rooms I had reserved before my arrival the staff was very helpful and assisted with all my request. Special thanks to Melo and Monica!!

I had a 2 bed suite. When we arrived the suite wasn't ready. Bed was not made up, etc. Customer service rep gave me a regular room with 2 queen bed and it was someone else room. One of the bed's wasn't made up, the tv was on and the a/c was blasting so I knew it belonged to someone else. Finally, she kindly gave me 2 separate rooms which worked out better since my mother was with me. I came to Bethany,

I had made reservations online and asked for a baby bed to be placed in our room. We checked in and it wasn't there so we had to go ask for one again. I wish I hadn't asked for one. It was an old crib that I wouldn't let my dog sleep in. I asked the guy at the front desk if he knew of any sports bars that show UFC fights. He said no...There was a BWW right down the road and he should have known that. So the staff is not very knowledgeable. Our room smelt funny and it is kind of outdated. The air conditioner is so loud. We had problems with the cable, but we left for dinner and never asked about it. The breakfast sucked. They water down the juice, so it wasn't very good. The manager was in the breakfast area talking to a table about how annoying some people that had checked in were. I would just spend the extra ten dollars and stay in OKC.

Quiet and pleasant. Place is located in quiet suburb of Oklahoma City. Staff and accommodations all good.

Our first greeting was; "last name?" No welcome, how's your evening, no thank-you. Poor customer service at the front desk.
The wind howled through the windows all evening and everytime the air conditioner shut off it sounded like an alarm going off all through the night. Cable wasn't working and when we called the front desk it was just, "We have problems with our cable." The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly and kind. We've allways had a good experience at Holiday Inn Express in other areas, but wouldn't recommend this one.

I spend several nights a month on the road in hotels. I can not remember a time I was given the card to a room and when entering the room found that it had not been cleaned for the next guest. The front desk staff did get me a new room and checked it prior to giving me access. The carpet in the room that I did had was not as kept as other hotels - definitely could use a carpet cleaner. Also the room had no decor. It felt cheap. Breakfast was the worst Holiday Inn Express breakfast I have had.
