Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and Accommodating We visited this hotel for a special event at Route 66 park. It was very close. The hotel staff were very accomodataing to our event plans and were obviously concerned about our experience. I would recommend this hotel because I personally would not hesitate to return to it again. We had a very pleasant stay. October 23, 2014

The staff reserved the rooms without a credit card adjusted as needed and made our long trip so comfortable! Thank you so much for everything. Stay here if you can, it's great! October 19, 2014

We planned to stay out of town after a concert and needed to spend the night away from home due to how far the concert was from home. We brought up a search of the IHG hotels on the OKC area to look for the ones where we usually stay and happened to see this one close to the outlet mall. My wife made the executive decision to stay at this Holiday Inn Express. I must admit it was a very good experience. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet so I slept well. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. I look forward to my next trip to OKC when I need to stay over night as it will most likely be at this hotel. One warning though the outlet mall sure is close by and my wife took extreme advantage of it. October 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room and price! The only negative things I can say is that we were relegated to the 3rd floor because we were traveling with a cat. We were in a "pet" room because there were several stains on the carpet that surely would have been better removed if it had not been a "pet" room. Being on the 3rd floor with a cat was no issue, but the other folks on the floor had dogs and had to take them down the elevator to get out for their repeated "walks." That was a hassle, I'm sure. But, other than that, we absolutely loved this suite. It was so roomy. And the bed was very comfy. The shower was great! Simon, at the front desk, was very nice and helpful. He gave us great clues as to where to eat and what to see in Oklahoma City in the very short time that we were there so we could make the most of it. Great tips! Other than being in a obvious "pet" room, this was the best HIE room that we've been in in quite a while actually. October 16, 2014
