Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Birthday Party and Room for the Night We held my mother's 70th birthday party in the conference room for about 50 guests and my parents stayed overnight in the hotel. Everything about the visit was perfect. Cheyenne was more than accommodating when it came to needs for the meeting room and overnight stay...her answer was 'Yes' for anything we requested. You don't get that very often. The party was a huge success and kudos to Cheyenne for all her efforts. December 11, 2014

Breakfast staff had trouble keeping key items supplied especially if you were eating in the last half hour. December 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sammie was awesome! I thought the overall stay was what should've been expected, but honestly I can get that almost anywhere. The real treasure was the thoughtful, friendly and very knowledgeable front desk experience with Sammie. She could NOT have been any nicer! She had to deal with one very rude woman that was demanding extras and not taking responsibility for her own ignorance when she booked online incorrectly. She demanded that Sammie fix her own inputing mistake AND had the nerve to ask for more! To her credit, Sammie handled her politely and professionally and was more forgiving than this woman deserved, I would've kicked her out. Watching it unfold was a textbook lesson in customer service executed flawlessly! November 29, 2014

The hotel staff here are so friendly & go out of their way to make you feel welcome!! Sammie & Roland who both worked the front desk were so friendly & always greeted me with a smile. The manager, Laura & the Assistant Manager, Monica also greeted me each & every time I came or left, always asking me if everything was good or did I need anything! Breakfast was always great with lots of variety & Judith was a sweet breakfast hostess! I look forward to coming back & will most certainly recommend this location to anyone I know visiting this area! Thank you Holiday Inn, Bethany for a great stay!! November 25, 2014
