Their friendly staff, clean rooms and yummy breakfast keep us coming back time after time. We appreciate the special rate we get there and the exceptional care we get from the staff, like Chad. Smiles and helpful attentiveness have always been their way. We appreciate the large community area where we have played games and watched our favorite football games! This is a great place to relax. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Visting Family I used to live in Bethany many years ago. Graduated from SNU, so I know the area really well. I was back visiting relatives that had moved there. I travel a lot in my line of work and have stayed at everything from Red Roof to 5 star hotels. My standard choice is normally Hampton Inns due to their prices and easy locations. This hotel ranks right up there. It was clean, well managed and the staff were very pleasant, in spite of the holiday crowds. Room was in great condition and was maintained that way each day. The breakfast was good by hotel standards, although the coffee could use a little work. For the price I don't think you could find a nicer hotel in the area. It would be nice if there were some restaurants nearby and if they had an airport shuttle. December 3, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Experience I had a 2 bed suite. When we arrived the suite wasn't ready. Bed was not made up, etc. Customer service rep gave me a regular room with 2 queen bed and it was someone else room. One of the bed's wasn't made up, the tv was on and the a/c was blasting so I knew it belonged to someone else. Finally, she kindly gave me 2 separate rooms which worked out better since my mother was with me. I came to Bethany, November 21, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It was okay, not great I had made reservations online and asked for a baby bed to be placed in our room. We checked in and it wasn't there so we had to go ask for one again. I wish I hadn't asked for one. It was an old crib that I wouldn't let my dog sleep in. I asked the guy at the front desk if he knew of any sports bars that show UFC fights. He said no...There was a BWW right down the road and he should have known that. So the staff is not very knowledgeable. Our room smelt funny and it is kind of outdated. The air conditioner is so loud. We had problems with the cable, but we left for dinner and never asked about it. The breakfast sucked. They water down the juice, so it wasn't very good. The manager was in the breakfast area talking to a table about how annoying some people that had checked in were. I would just spend the extra ten dollars and stay in OKC. November 20, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not my greatest stay with the Holiday Inn Express Our first greeting was; "last name?" No welcome, how's your evening, no thank-you. Poor customer service at the front desk. The wind howled through the windows all evening and everytime the air conditioner shut off it sounded like an alarm going off all through the night. Cable wasn't working and when we called the front desk it was just, "We have problems with our cable." The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly and kind. We've allways had a good experience at Holiday Inn Express in other areas, but wouldn't recommend this one. November 13, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty Room I spend several nights a month on the road in hotels. I can not remember a time I was given the card to a room and when entering the room found that it had not been cleaned for the next guest. The front desk staff did get me a new room and checked it prior to giving me access. The carpet in the room that I did had was not as kept as other hotels - definitely could use a carpet cleaner. Also the room had no decor. It felt cheap. Breakfast was the worst Holiday Inn Express breakfast I have had. October 21, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious room and good service. I often stay at this hotel since my daughter attends the nearby university. This stay was a disappointment due to a loud strange clicking sound in the wall above the TV. It was loud enough to deter sleep, and sounded similar to hot oven as it cools. I hope this is a one-time annoyance and will be addressed by management. I did notify the desk. Otherwise the room was fine and the service good. September 25, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by my stay at bethany there was no bell or anyone at the desk when I was trying to check in. After 10 plus minutes i called the phone number and asked then to come out and they did. There was no refirgerator which I toiught was standard and has been. I was a bit surprised when I got back to my room and was using the bathroom when the maid wakjed right in without knocking while Im on the toilet. Not cool at all. A knock should be mandatoryat ALL times. Luckily I heard her put her key in and the door unlock so I was able to quickly push the bathroom door closed but that is not cool. They should never assume a room is empty especially after noon. September 9, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff It felt like the property was fairly old - carpet was very wellllll worn and most of the facility felt old. The staff however was very nice and helpful with several issues we had i.e. the ac was not working, short on towels and spotty internet connection. The biggest issue was there was no access to the facility from the back parking lot. The front filled up very fast and as three women staying there several nights, we had to park in the back and walk around to the only side door or front - although we had nothing happen, it felt unsafe. The location however was perfect for our needs for our weekend stay for a rehearsal dinner and wedding - everything was in very close proximity. August 25, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bethany holiday inn Very good and clean hotel. Had tv problems which the staff worked hard to correct. The light in the rooms was very low. Hard to read by. One of the light bulbs were out and the staff could not find a bulb to change it. The food was very good for normal eaters. however, for my spouse who has to eat gluten and dairy free. The choices were very poor! Great work out and pool area. Parking is limited. August 22, 2013

You had to unplug your TV often to reset it to get it to work. We left bath towels to recycle for the next day. When we came back we had NO bath towels and had to go to the front desk to pick new ones up. August 21, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home Away From Home I had a wonderful long term stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites of Bethany! The rooms were clean and quiet, the breakfast bar was amazing, they had a very nice work out faculty, pool/spa, and business center. The hotel lobby and common areas were very welcoming and the staff puts this place over the top...talk about 5 star treatment. The manager offered me a ride downtown to avoid waiting on a taxi, the front desk receptionist, Melo, was so amazing and helpful (She addressed me by name from the moment I arrived!), and the housekeepers were all friendly and did a great job. These people did everything they could to make my stay as great as it was. They have great rates and an even better staff. If you are looking for a clean, safe, friendly hotel: this is it. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by messed up our reservation Called ahead and made reservation for a room with two queen beds. We were given a room with ONE king size. For a family of FOUR! When I told them they were wrong and showed them our confirmation email they then became very jittery and making excuses such as the room we were supposed to be in magically didn't have power after the other people checked out. They then said that there was a pull out couch that would fit the kids. That pull out couch was literally half of a half of a twin size bed. Our 5 year old couldn't hardly fit it and when made them come look they then said would bring in a roll away. So then instead of being able to relax, we had to rearrange the HOTEL ROOM to fit another bed. We pick Holiday Inn Express over all others and thanks to this experience id say that wont happen again. I stay at many hotels each year and I have a certain expectation that I look for when and where I stay. I must say that this hotel exceeded on every level. We stayed here for a two night stay over before heading back to Wisconsin. I had my two peek a poos with me so I needed a pet friendly hotel. This hotel only charges 10.00 per day which is VERY reasonable. Some other chains charge close to 100.00 for a non refundable pet fee. Not only were they pet friendly but when we went to Frontier City the GM even offered to watch after my poochies if they got a little upset in the room. They never did..but what a WONDERFUL gesture! Tyler and Al and Juan the front desk staff were so helpful and accomodating. They answered my every need and took care of us at every turn. I got a fantastic travel agent rate so I can't really comment on the rate of the hotel as it doesn't really apply. But, I will say that the rates have seemed very fair all the way around.. Let me tell you.. it is WELL worth the price you pay. The hot breakfast was amazing! Pancakes, eggs, hot cinnamon rolls, cereal, juice etc.. YUMMY! The hotel was super clean.. and had everything we needed and then some! Thank you guys for a WONDERFUL stay.. We will def be back! I will be recommending you to all of my clients. June 23, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room and Noise Staff was very friendly. My room had either a water leak or something spilled that was never cleaned up as it was damp for my three day stay. The noise was terrible. I was next to a room that wouldn't turn down there tv and could hear it all through the night. Also, there was group of kids running up and down the halls slamming there door, and nothing was ever done abou them by management that could obviously hear and see them as we were on the first floor. The location is good because it is very convient to get on the interstate or turnpike. My trash was also left unreplace and finally I just took it myself. June 20, 2013
