Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very Friendly Front Desk Staff Front desk staff probably the friendliest of any IHG Hotel I have stayed at. I was immediately greeted and recognized as a Platinum Elite member. Almost every time I left the hotel I heard a "have a good day sir" and upon returning I was greeted with a warm "hello or hi". I have listed the pros and cons of the hotel below: Pros: • Very friendly front desk staff • Was recognized as a IHG member • Quiet hotel with clean rooms/bathroom; however, rooms could use updating • Breakfast contained the normal Hi-Express choices, was well stocked, and flavorful • Coffee available 24 hours was a plus Cons: • No Microwave or Mini-Fridge in room • Wi-Fi service in room painfully slow making online work difficult. Numerous “page cannot be displayed” errors then finally it connects but errors continue • Water pressure in shower weak • For me, the bed was too firm and the pillows uncomfortable but I am use to a Tempur-Pedic mattress and memory foam pillow • Chair at desk in room sits to low even after adjusting height • Only one computer in the business center resulting in room being used frequently and for extended periods (possibly due to slow internet in room); however, internet service much faster in business center Would possibly stay again due to the friendly front desk staff. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel I have stayed at this location 3 times so far, and plan on returning again. It is close to entertainment, parks, and shopping. The staff are friendly and were able to accommodate my request in no time!! Definitely would recommend this hotel to others. Also, the hotel's gym is better than other hotel gyms I have been to in the past. August 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Stay The folks here are great and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool is awesome!!! If you find yourself in Allentown this is the place. There are some fun and good restaurants right across the street. The price is right and this place is a great value. August 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room The bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable. There was hardly any noise at all and I am a light sleeper. We almost missed breakfast, I think you should extend the buffet hours......... I was not greeted as a Priority Club member. Perhaps different hotels do different things for PC members, ie; bottled water, goody bag of snacks, etc. I had to ask if they had me in the computer as a PC member. Not a big deal. August 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Room Overall the room was comfortable, however, the chair/ottomon needs to be replaced. The chair for the desk sits way too low as would not adjust high enough to work comfortably. My room was above the main entrance. The ac uc unit would pull in cigarette smoke into the room August 11, 2014
