Pretty much the perfect place to stay if you have to do business in eastern Pa ... convenient to all highways .... 2nd time there in a month ... I will be back! January 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great first times, then encountered awful staff The first two times I stayed at this hotel my experience was perfect. Very friendly female staff, they let my boyfriend and I check out late on New Year's Day, which was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. My experience with the man on the night shift, however, made me decide I can't stay here anymore. My boyfriend and I got there really late one night. There was a man behind the counter that was talking to the computer and openly cursing and pounding his fists. When we asked for a room he made it seem like we were a bother. It took him forever to figure out how to run my credit card and take my information. He was very unprofessional and rude. We went up to the room after waiting about 20 minutes. The second time we encountered this same staff member was the last straw for me. He was once again not welcoming when we came in late one night, and he informed me that they only had smoking rooms left. I said that was fine. When he ran my credit card he told me it was declined, after taking forever and yelling at the computer. I told him to run it again, that it was impossible to get declined. (I had plenty of money in my account for a room) once again it took him forever and he said it once again didn't work. When I told him my boyfriend and I would just go to the hotel across the street, he was SO rude and said "well okay then don't take the room." (Like I had a choice!) we then went to another brand hotel across the street where the room was more expensive, and surprise surprise, my card worked! This man obviously should not be employed there. The hotel is nice and so is the rest of the staff but my boyfriend and I refuse to go back because of this man, it's a shame. If you decide to go check in during the day so you deal with a competent staff member. January 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Christmas @ The Inn in Bethlehem We really enjoyed our time spent in Bethlehem. We liked our room even thought we spent very little time in the room. Our time was spent mainly with family. Lighting in the bathroom was not real good. Breakfast was good. January 3, 2015

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive and the room was clean. We had access to breakfast the next morning before we headed back out to the slopes. December 24, 2014

The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from and everything was presented for easy use. I would highly recommend this hotel when in the Allentown area. December 23, 2014
