Only complaint is the AC would not cool below 74 degrees and had to revert to fan and then every hour or so get up to turn the AC on then after it would stop after 5 minutes switch back to high fan.

Stayed at Bethlehem Allentown property many times in the past. As usual, they never disappoint. The property is fine and close to many conveniences. Bar restaurants and Starbucks. The thing that always stands of, however is the staff. Always and consistently professional and helpful. I can only guess that this comes from competent management. I would say they are do for a physical make over relatively soon. But don't let that deter you. The property is clean and properly maintained. Can't wait to come back.

The Service was excellent, but my timing was a unfavorable. My flight was schedule for 6:00 AM and the hotel staff started at 6:30 AM. The scuttle driver was also I believe, the front desk clerk, so I had to wait, which was not a big deal. My attitude was a complete state of nerves and not being an experience traveler, I did expect to things to go smoother. I made all my connections and next time I will consider the hotel.

I have been staying at this location since it opened. The location is centrally located in the Lehigh Valley Area and close to many attractions and great dining spots. I have noticed that over the past few months there seems to be a great deal of new faces at the front desk level and the overall knowledge level / reasonable speed of check in / check out process is greater than i would like and expect. I also feel that the location is starting to see some wear and tear for its age a loosing a little of its new luster that i prefer to see. Overall for the value its a good deal, just feel there is some general polishing that needs to be done. I will continue to stay here on my business travels, just hope my comments are taken into account.

I thought the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was good and the staff was always filling things up when they were running out.

Very nice hotel with a great sports bar right next door.
IHG Rewards Club should matter but was never mentioned or brought up by the clerk. Room was clean and close to work. No issues, second time here and will stay again..

We have stayed here before. Good location just off US 22 but far enough away to be quite. This property gets a lot of business travelers so if you are looking for a room Tue through Thurs book early.
Comfortable room, good breakfast. All things considered it is a better value than the Hampton down the road.

We checked in after midnight and asked for a wake up call for 5:45 as we had a business meeting that started promptly at 7:30. We never got the wakeup call and woke up on our own at 6:30. Ran out of the hotel after 7AM and made our meeting with one minute to spare. Never got any breakfast as we were late. As we ran out the door we told the staff of the problem and got a "Sorry".
