I had forgotten I was even a rewards member, until she looked me up and I had points from 10years ago. -I do wish there were real black out curtains that you can close fully, the see thru white ones make you feel a bit exposed. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Nice Hotel I really did not have any issue with the hotel, only that the shuttle only ran till 10:00 PM to the Sands Casino. I think it should run later, do to the fact if you are going to see a show you would have to take a cab. Cab's were cheap however, this would add to the quality of service, and I would have nothing to say negative. It was a very clean and I felt safe and slept very well. I would stay there again. I make it a point to stay at a Holiday Inn when I travel and have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful, from reservations, concierge, housekeeping and kitchen staff. The rooms comfortable, and sleeping.....well let's say what a nice rest after a busy outing!! Thank you HI, yet again....looking forward to my next venture and stay. March 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Courteous Staff Holiday Inn has come a long way! However, I can only comment because of our stay in Bethlehem. Every member of the staff couldn't have been more professional, courteous and wanting to make our stay a pleasurable one which they accomplished. We will be traveling to Bethlehem more often this year and will stay at this location. Our stay there was more excellent then the Sands Casino hotel and treated us even better!! March 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can't go wrong with this location My husband and I wanted to escape the winter for a night, so we stayed here and relaxed in the whirlpool and indoor pool. then we went to the casino for some night life and used the shuttle the hotel offers. In the morning, the breakfast food choices were very nice and the staff kept everything clean and filled. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. March 12, 2015
