Hotel located off the interstate so noise can be a factor most of the day and night. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The area has high oil field traffic which is apparent by the vehicles in the parking lot and the clients staying at the hotel.
Breakfast area is well kept and food selection is good.
Bottle water is a must as the city water water is not good quality. Hotel keeps bottle water available for guests at no cost.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Neal W Old run down and Right on the freeway
The staff was friendly and accommodating. the Hotel sits feet from a major freeway and the noise is distracting. The demand is high and the rooms are overpriced, but I am not convinced that there is a better choice for the Money in Big Spring TX. Make sure you get a room on the back side if you like quiet sleep.

We had a one night stay on our way home from New Mexico. Not a lot of dining options surrounding this Hotel. Main parking lot was ok but surrounding neighborhood was questionable. We ended up finding a space on the interstate side.
Only thing for us was that our room was a bit musty. Other than that it was clean both bathroom and living room.

Pretty expensive to stay but I guess all the rooms in the area are pretty expensive. Rooms were super clean, extremely nice staff, and pretty comfy beds. If I had to go bad to Big Springs I would most defendantly stay again.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by deej1 roadside rooms noisy, room is overpriced
Limited quality choices in the area. The only reason to stay in one of the roadside(next to interstate) rooms is to gain points if you are an IHC rewards member. Breakfast area and food choices are excellent in comparison to other hotels of this type.
