Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty Hotel My experience at this Holiday Inn Express was very disappointing. From the moment we checked in we encountered problems. Another guest at the front desk was complaining about his room being dirty and the attendant could not seem to get an employee to resolve the issue. We went into the elevator and noticed food on the floor, it was still there the next day when we left! Our room was dirty, there was hair hanging from a light fixture! Disgusting! The bathroom had not had a good cleaning in a while and to be honest if we were not in such a time crunch we would have left then. May 19, 2015

This location was a great find and we had an amazing experience. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Facility needs updating Upon arrival to our room, we found the pillows had no pillowcases. The TV screen was smudged, and the overall room appeared to be dark and not the cleanest. The chair had stains. The entire facility needs updating. April 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 5 AM wake up call If one should stay at this hotel, get a room far far away from the front desk and the "Administrative Office". At 5 am the administrative office door is slammed at each entry and exit by the hotel staff, over and over. If one experiences such "frustration" and informs front desk staff, expect an excuse about how heavy the door is and to be told you should have done something about it rather that being asked, what can I do to remedy the problem. If it had not been for the constantly slamming door and the lack of proper customer service/compassion regarding the issue this would have been an awesome stay. April 25, 2015
