Staff was professional and attentive! They had pancakes from 8pm-12am every night and breakfast was fine.

HWY 280 stinks. There's no getting around that. But I needed to stay on 280 and this location was great. Clean property. Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is a bit hard to see from HWY 280. Just turn in by Dixie Fish and it's at the end of the road. I would definitely stay here again for the next soccer tournament at Liberty Park. Very convenient. Takes about 10-15 min to the fields. Thanks for a great stay!

The water pipes rattle and roar in 107. If the guest upstairs takes a shower at 3 AM you'll be wakened by the most awful banging and roaring of pipes.
Also, the mattresses seem old and bumpy. Not the best bed I ever slept on.

Always a nice place to stay. My pet peeve is same as a lot of IHG properties, parking. The night of my stay 2 vehicles with trailers took up 14, count them, 14 prime parking spaces in front of hotel. there has to be a better way to control this condition.

The staff is so nice; they really made us feel "at home away from home." Now, the guest room's air conditioning could have been a lot colder (for my taste), but the day *and* night staff were so sweet & accommodating!!! =D

Needed a much better cleaning of the room and bathroom upon my arrival. Also, the garbage collection out back was extremely noisy at 4am and should be corrected for guests on that side of building.
Staff was friendly enough, but some were barely polite and didn't seem to care about guests standing in front of them waiting to be helped. Busy talking amongst themselves - women, not the men.
Not bad overall, but needs more work. Also much too expensive for this level of service in this location.

Every one are friendly. When we walked in to the front desk no one there but I heard a voice greeting us. I told my husband jokingly to better behave because there are eyes on the wall watching us...shortly this lady came out from behind the front desk with big smile. She did not introduce herself but was pleasant and professional. She said that they have suite available and she offered me the upgrade. But we choose to be on the higher floor, I was expecting to see some view but trees and buildings are higher. Pool was not heated but I jumped in anyway. The breakfast not much to choose from but I settle for coffee. Overall our stay was perfect for the day.
We will definitely come back.
