Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value for Money with Excellent Staff The hotel was excellent and had been completely refurbished with a lovely new walk in shower and separate toilet which was very handy. The Staff were exceptionally polite and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was very good and although the hotel was extremely busy and we had to wait for a table, the Manager apologised and quickly cleared a table for us when guests vacated their seats. The bed was very comfortable and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone as it really was value for money. May 19, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great overall stay Since the birth of our new grandson(Feb) we have chosen to stay at The Holiday Inn express at Oldbury.We have found the hotel to be close to our daughter and family.We like the cleanliness of the hotel and the welcome from the staff based at this hotel.We have also stayed with our 4 year old granddaughter who loves having sleepovers in hotels and have found the facilities good when staying with young children.We enjoy the variety of the free breakfast,though my husband would have liked to see bacon included in the range of foods.
