Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MY TRIP TO BIRMINGHAM THE OVER ALL HOTEL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, BUT THE PRICE FOR 1 NIGHT WAS WAY TOO HIGH. THE BUSINESS CENTRE PRINTER WAS NOT WORKING. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. THE ROOM WAS GOOD ALSO. July 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a good stay This was my first visit at this location. It was a very enjoyable stay. Room was clean and spacious. The location to Birmingham is a very reasonable 5-10 monutes. There are many good local restaurants in the area. I'll be staying there again. July 7, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed Brandi was wonderful checking my family in, she was very patient and made sure to get us the best room for our money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Internet a little slow and the curtains did not close so the sun did wake me up. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel June 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not what I expected The only bright spot on this visit was the hostess at breakfast. Ms Pat was very attentive to the items that needed to be restocked, was very visible during our breakfast, cleaned the tables immediately after patrons would leave, and came and picked up our empty trays and cups when we finished. I was so impressed by her professional manner and emphasis on her duties. As to the rest, it took us quite a while to figure how to turn the shower on, I kept hitting my foot on the chair at the desk because of the smallness of the room with 2 Q beds being so close to the desk, the only other chair in the room was made for a small child that no adult could be comfortable in. The lady at check in was rude esp when we found out that the free shuttle service advertised on the website was no longer available and it took my efforts and complaints to customer relations to get it resolved. This type of service and room is not what I would expect from the money I paid for it. In this instance, I was not a well rested traveler. June 24, 2015
