Understanding that this hotel was completely booked (only 7 rooms left when I checked in), the attendant failed to input my platinum member number and I am still missing the points credit for staying in this hotel. Upon checking out, another attendant indicated to me that she has no ability to input member number and only the manager can input the member number. My stay was 1 week ago, and I have yet to receive my points credit.

This was our first significant stay at a Holiday Inn Express. We were in Bishop with other family members for a wedding and stayed here because of the pool. The best was to describe the hotel was adequate.
