Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not good the second time I booked the room a month in advance. When I arrived there I was given a room with a king bed, and a sleeper. My confirmation clearly states that I wanted 2 double beds. I talked to the receptionist, and she tells me that sometimes when you book online it doesn't specify. I will give you some extra points. She also said that we are over booked. The parking lot was not full at all. Then she tells me that she will call the other IHG network properties, and they are sold out as well. Then she offered to out of network. I said sure. After that she said that there was a cancellation. How can that be all of a sudden. I felt like I got the run around, and you clearly didn't take the time to do your job right!. I drove from Florida to Illinois to drop my son of for college that is that last thing I want to happen is to get the run around from driving all day. I called the 1-800-Holiday Inn number to complain about the issue. The lady on the phone said she was going to email me she never did. It's been a week now and still nothing. Why do I even have a rewards card with Holiday Inn if they treat there Reward members this way. I hate to see the way they treat the non members. The bathroom had mold, or dirt in it. I took a picture of it. The maids clearly didn't notice it, or see it all. You can definitely notice it. The room cards kept failing. We had to get them fixed each day. It was a joke. August 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and amazing staff! Great hotel and a caring staff that definitely puts the customer first. My wife unfortunately dropped her cell phone in the parking lot (and I managed to drive over it) and someone found it, returned it to the front desk who took the time to figure out whose phone it was and called me and I was able to return and pick it up (we were at a family member's home in Bloomington) on our way to our son's wedding in Virginia. Will be back for the annual Thanksgiving trip to the Bloomington area! August 11, 2015
