Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room but terrible value. I stay at many Holiday Inns in a year and have for many years and have to say this was one of my worst experiences. The hotel is under total reconstruction and looks to be going to a totally different brand so maybe that is why the service was very substandard. Nothing was ready at check in and get to the room and there is no internet service. Call the front desk and they will get right back to me. Call down in a half hour and told a manager will be called and call me in 3-5 minutes. Call back in a half hour and told was going to call manager, so not sure if it was done and it probably going to be 3 or 4 hours. The router was reset after a couple of hours but missed the time of night I want to relax and read the news. I check out and realize down the road i had forgotten my iPhone charger and cord. Call lost and found to report and leave a message, no returned call and assuming I'll never see those items again. I am extremely dissappointed in my experience. June 13, 2016

Breakfast was not up to par as other holiday inns ... Billing was all messed up ... After all of this ....And as an Ihg member... I did not receive my points for staying here !! June 11, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No warning about ongoing construction No indication of ongoing construction at time of booking. Common areas dusty and dirty due to renovation. Workers started banging at 7:00 am. Had I known about the construction I would have stayed at a nearby IHG property....but that's probably why there was no warning. Will probably not stay at this property anytime soon. June 3, 2016

When I asked the person at the front desk, her comment was that their specific hotel site stated it, but I had booked thru the IHG site. She said "well, we did out part." The hotel overall was in horrible shape, and smelled funny throughout. The room had been re-done (I hope) but was strange. The décor wasn't finished, the phone was not connected, the bathroom wasn't clean and the A/C was horribly loud ALL NIGHT! I could feel the tack-strip through the carpet on the threshold between the carpet & hard-wood floor. The breakfast was terrible. The hotel was full the night before, but the staff was unprepared for the number of people coming in to eat. Many items were empty and weren't refilled the entire time we were eating. And due to the construction, the space was cramped. We decided to check out a day and head for home early. When I checked out, the staff person asked how the stay had been and when I said "Not good", she seemed to ignore the comment. Very disappointed in this stay. Definitely NOT up to the level of past Holiday Inn Express experiences. June 1, 2016
