During our visit it was under construction and had to use a different entrance with no real lobby. but once you got beyond that the room was nice. Breakfast was nice to have a hot meal but there was no staff to talk to about food that was out.

I used the park and fly option. I arrived late but was picked up at the airport and delivered to the hotel. Amanda was great as was the rest of the staff. Danielle was at the check in desk and was friendly even at midnight. The staff in the morning at checkout were attentive and had everything ready to go. I will be back.

Checked in after attending sister's funeral and to be close to airport. Hotel under renovation. I can somewhat overlook that. Check in was find. Staff that evening was very nice and personable. Got to room 541 and room was clean. Noticed the HVAC system was noisy and went to turn it off. It would not turn off. It sounded like a jet engine was right outside the window all night. And, the little refrigeration made this awful noise when shutting down, it sounded like someone was trying to break in the room. Had to finally unplug. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 6AM. Food wasn't brought in until 6:15. Went to check out and get room receipt. Was to by desk clerk (who was not real personable) that their printer was broken and they would email me my invoice. To date, I am STILL waiting on the invoice. I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Express hotels and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Maybe it will change when the renovation is complete.
