The desk clerk who greeted us was pleasant and friendly. Others were not very accommodating. Upon arrival, our room was cold so we adjusted the temperature and then went out. When we returned several hours later, the room was still cold. Upon calling the desk, we were told that someone would bring up a space heater because the temperature controls did not work.
At breakfast, there was no hot water. We asked for some, it never came. When we told the person at the front desk, she commented that breakfast had ended. There was no concern that the breakfast was lacking during the posted hours.
We stopped at the front desk to question our bill. We had been charged a greater amount than what was agreed to. The desk clerk argued that that wouldn't occur. Really?
Will not stay at this hotel again!

Checked in on a Sunday night, and there was one staff member to handle four different groups checking in; very long process. More than 30 minute wait at the airport for shuttle service (on hold with the hotel for 17 minutes waiting for shuttle status). Wake up call never came, so fortunately we had backup.

The bed was life tiny little clouds, all perfectly placed for me and my girlfriend to sleep on. Never had such ease and comfort sleeping in a hotel. Was definitely a great choice and the breakfast was so much better than I ever expected for a free meal.
