I attempted to take the shuttle from the airport to this hotel, which is why I rated it so low. The net result is that the shuttle hassles cost me approximately 2 1/2 hours of sleep. It wouldn't matter if it was the best hotel in the world if you don't get to sleep.
The room is fine/clean/normal for this class of hotel, the breakfast is typical (which is to say normal/poor coffee and sugar loaded stuff --- eat the yogurt).
The nightmare is the shuttle. There are three similar hotels with identical shuttles. However, they are apparently owned by different franchises who don't cooperate. I was among a large group who boarded "the Holiday Inn Express Shuttle" (I'm not kidding, the shuttles are all the same vehicles, marked identically, except for the phone number on the door) only to be told to get off. After eventually getting on the correct bus ( an hour later) I found that this problem is a daily occurrence. To make it even more traveller friendly, they only go once an hour to the airport ( you can call, but they won't come earlier).
The very obvious solution is for the Franchisees to cooperate and develop a shuttle plan that would work for them all and be more flexible for travelers. If they can't do it I'm surprised that HI doesn't step in.
This was a "one and done" experience, never going there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Impressed with clean, spacious room. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast area was impressive. After our visit we set up a room block for a family event. Staff has been very accommodating.
