This is a very nice hotel to stay at while visiting the Bloomsburg Area. The staff was very hospitable and made our group feel welcomed.

The hotel is somewhat newer than many hotels I've stayed at. My room was bright, well lit, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I enjoyed this hotel and would go back.

I travel frequently for business and I usually try to stay at Holiday Inn Express because of their cleanliness. Although my room was clean, I could not sleep do to the elevator and outside noise. Also, the staff told me the Holiday Inn Express stopped supplying lotion in the rooms to cut cost. Not a big deal, just an observation.

I work in the gas field and stay at Holiday Inn's when we are out of town. We had to stay at this Holiday Inn due to bad weather and were unable to make it any further. When I went to check in the clerk asked me for my credit card to pay for the room, which I did not have because it is a "community card" among the employees. The card information is in your data base so when I need to stay they just look it up. She insisted that she needed written permission from the card owner to process the transaction. The clerk was very rude when I tried to explain to her that I was the card owner (the card has my name on it). I even offered to show her my Priority Club Rewards card. I ended up having to pay with my personal debit card just to stay. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel again because of the poor customer service I received.

The woman at the front desk at check-in was very friendly and helpful. We asked her about a local place to have dinner and she told us the pros and cons about various places in town that had great food. We followed her advice and had a great, fresh meal at a local restaurant.
