Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Review The room was generally clean and welcoming, however there were several small problems that add up to a less than stellar experience. Upon surveying the room there was no Guest services Directory to be found, There was no HBO guide, there was no pen or note pad, and there was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. I called the front desk to advise them and they did take care of all but the HBO guide. The breakfast offerings were adequate and the Biscuits and Gravy were better than average, however there was no salt and pepper to be found on the line or on the tables. All of this adds up to a below expected experience for a Holiday Inn Express hotel. Future stays in the Cincinnati area will be at a different HIE in the area. July 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and well kept. It was time to change mattress on bed though. The mattress seemed to be breaking down on the one side. Only real complaint was the TV channels. Reception was not good on most stations and selection of stations was really strange. July 23, 2015

If all you are looking for is some food in the morning and then a place to sleep this is what you will get. July 17, 2015
