Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nightmare in Bluffton When I arrived in the lobby the phone was ringing. I counted 9 rings before the evening desk clerk apeared and answer it. The clerk then asked me my name and started to check me in while talking to on the phone to another customer. I was not greated as a Platinum Priority Club member. She completed the check in and gave me the room keys while still on the phone. The bed was very hard and we did not sleep well. I asked for another room with a better bed. Was told they did not have any. The day clerk went out of her way to find a better bed. We tried several rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a whirlpool tub. We went out for the day and returned looking foward the the whirlpool tub. Upon filling the tub with water we found that the whirlpool did not work. The next morning I told the clerk about the whirlpool, she said that it has not worked for a long time. I talked with the manger and he said that it did work and I just did not know how to operate it. The manager offered to pay for my stay. I told him I was using my Club points, he daid that he would return them to me. A month later the points have not been returned and I have writen this review. I will not be staying in this hotel again. May 21, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Refridgerator This is the second time in two months that I have stayed somewhere that there is a mini fridge and it did not work. Staff should be checking everyday to make sure that it does. This is a feature that most people rely on. Also was in town for a funeral and not offered a funeral rate like at most hotels. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable guest rooms - worth the money The hotel is small and is situated about 15 miles far from the major freeway (This hotel is inside a very small town), however, maintained very neat especially the guest rooms were good and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and didn't disappoint. Overall a very satisfactory stay considering what I paid for. March 19, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff and Quiet Hotel Business travel is sometimes a challenge. You need a place to work and then a place to relax for the night. This hotel does that. My room was fresh and clean and most of all quiet. The staff was knowledgeable and also very helpful. Will stay here again. Nice to order a pizza and sit back an relax after a long day of travel. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by shower hadn't been cleaned When I got into the shower the night of my stay, I saw that a half-empty bottle of shampoo and used soap were still on the shower ledge. The towels had been folded and replaced, but the shower had obviously not been cleaned or the housekeeper would have removed the used items. I also found the previous guests key card and envelope; another clue this room had not been thoroughly cleaned. If the shower was dirty, I just wonder what else they didn't clean, was I sleeping on dirty sheets too? disgusting November 13, 2012
