The GM, Sheila, makes sure every guest is 100% satisfied and possesses such a great personality and interest in the stay of each guest. THIS HAD THE BEST WI-FI OF ANY HOlIDAY INN I STAYED AT IN 2014.... I will definitely go there again in 2015... January 12, 2015

She went above and beyond her duties just to help us with a problem. She is the type of employee that makes guests feel valued and appreciated. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great place to stay for a USMC graduation Clean room and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is about a half hour from Parris Island. We really enjoyed Old Town Bluffton with it's awesome farmers market.There is a grocery store, a Target and restaurants in the complex with the hotel which was nice.The continental breakfast looked good but we had to leave early both days to attend functions at the base so we weren't able to enjoy it. I would love to return to the area when the weather is better and will definitely use Holiday Inn Hotels again. Thanks for a lovely stay! January 6, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service, Not the Newest Hotel This is obviously an older property. Although our room was clean, the bed was broken and the AC unit didn't work well. The staff were fantastic, and this hotel takes pets for a minimal fee, so it was worth staying there, but I didn't get a very restful night of sleep. January 5, 2015

Really enjoyed the hotel and the only negative was not with the hotel but the area it is extremely hard to find restaurants and businesses in the evening with the low signs and very poor/subdued lighting.
