Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay! We had a great stay at the HIE in Bluffton SC. We were there for a soccer tournament, there were a lot of people checking in all around the same time but the wait was very short and everyone was so very nice. THe room was spotless, the microwave and mini fridge were a blessing! Comfortable beds and a good feel to the room made it a wonderful experience!! December 9, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very uncomfortable stay. NOTE: My wife and I have been staying at this hotel for the past four years. The reason for this poor review is as follows: - There was no water pressure in the bathroom. It was so low it took a very long time to get the soap off your body. The staff tried to help us by giving us another room, but the other rooms on the fourth floor had the same problem. It appeared this has been an ongoing problem for "A LONG TIME". - The pillows and bed need to be replace. "VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE". - I took it upon myself to clean the washable filters on the air handler, because they were so dirty. - The food attendant appeared to be more involved in what was going on in the lobby, then to attending to the guess in the dining area. Example: Food not being replenished. This occurred during our entire stay. Also, the quality of the food is not quite as good as it once was. December 3, 2014
