During my stay I had to go six times to the reception in order to have my card (room key) reset since I could not get into the room. At one point a new lock was put in place but the problem persisted. The property manager was concerned enough to give me 10,000 points extra in order to compensate me for the hassle.
The bathroom is run down,the bath tub is scraped off,the wallpaper is stained and detached form the wall.The manager let me know that they are in the process of remodelling all bathrooms.
It is almost impossilbe to have a late morning sleep since the cleaning ladies come at about 8.00 am and they start talking,laughing and shouting all at the same time.There is no effort whatsoever to keep the tone down in consideration of those guests that need to oversleep,they even knock on your door with the no-disturb sign hanging outside.
On the plus side,the reception area and the breakfast area staff is overall very obliging and always ready to give a helping hand.

My immaculate room 301 was in the tower. Every morning I had a beautiful sunrise through the palm tree. Floor to ceiling windows also gave me a view of a full moon and a small pool.
My room had a fridge, lots of fluffy towels and shampoo, lotion etc.
Breakfast has all you can want, eggs, bacon, bagels, cereal and my fav, cinnamon buns!
Afternoons offer is a basket of fresh cookies at the front desk.
Warm greetings, quiet, peaceful sleep=Perfect.
