My Corporate office booked this room. When we arrived I was asked to put a card on file, I did. We we checked out I saw I had a charge on my account for the room. The room had already been paid for by my corporate office. They billed my personal card as well. I called and spoke with Tara she said she could not see it in there system. I don't understand you can bill a customers card and you can't see it in your system. Really? Then told it may take 48 hours to fix the problem. What happened to real customer service, when it is plain to see you made a mistake?

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is good and there are lots of choices. The staff is friendly and efficient. The bed is too soft for my personal comfort and the sheets were rough feeling. Given the competition in this area, I would choose this hotel again.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room and the facility in general. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep for the first time in a long time when staying in a hotel. The staff was very friendly, starting with the front desk personnel.
