Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay Such a quiet stay with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, fresh and hot; Wasn't crazy about coffee selection but satisfying nonetheless. Morning staff was friendly, all with a smile of genuine courtesy. Definitely will stay again, although all rooms should be smoke free rooms, and the night staff didn't acknowledge me as an ihg member, nor addressed me by name, if that's important to you. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Night staff is directionally challenged Garmin GPS shows a Holiday Inn at Exit 120. My IHG iPhone app showed it at Exit 112. I called the hotel to clarify this discrepency and she didn't know the Exit number nor did she know the SR designation. I said "Are you located on SR 77?" and she said "Oh yes." Well she was wrong. I drove 16 miles out of my way because an employee who answers the phone does not have any sense of direction. My suggestion would be to have the directions to the hotel next to the phone. Exit number, SR number and Compass location would be helpful to an employee that doesn't know maps. October 21, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One Night Stay As I checked in the front desk person was outside. When we met at the front desk he was not clean shaven and his shirt was not clean. The room charge was higher as he said due to the Labor Day weekend and I was a Priority Club Member and all I got was "Thanks for being a Member". I did not get anything extra like they normally gave us when we stopped at the Holiday Inn Hotels. But the rest of the Hotel was nice and clean. I had used this hotel before and might stop in again. But if this person is at the front desk I may just go some where else. September 3, 2013

Always stop here during my road trips to FL every summer...The rooms, bathrooms, beds, pillows, TV...even the shower heads are the bomb !!! EVERYTHING is new, clean and just hommy....and the breakfast is soooo yummy. Staff is very friendly and super accommodating as well. My family and I love it, stop in and you'll see what I mean......ahhh almost forgot, make sure to grab a freshly baked macadamia cookie from the front desk when you check in :) August 21, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Total harassment from check in to check out Was to check in as a reward member, reservation was change at the hotel property to flex rate, I tried to explain and showed my reservation confirmation, but the staff were not helpful. In fact, told me I was just trying to get out of paying for a room... In front of other customers and this was very humiliating. At any rate my debit card was charged for two room and my account over drawn. I called hotel everyday to only be put on hold because they are busy, no other help, and they would call me back. Only leading to more aggrevation as I had to call them back. . Finally, by Friday I called back to see if this was resolved.. I was told my reward points were taken, and my room credited back. Thank you, but I really think the hotel should at this point credit me some reward points and try to show they are truly sorry for my experience, and would not want me to experience this at their properties again. I am with a traveling baseball team and I guess we should look for alternate places to stay and earn rewards. August 4, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ONE OF FINEST IN THE HIE CHAIN!!! We discovered this little gem a couple years ago while visiting family in Chipley. It's so very clean, comfy beds, has all amenities/modern conveniences in room, i.e. fridge, micro, Ethernet outlet, wifi,super good beds and high quality bedding. They have the usualy breakfast which is really good. I never have to worry about hidden little "dirty, germy spots" in bathroom. (you know the ones...i.e. inside toilet, around drains, under sheets) They do a wonderful job at cleaning, and the staff is super nice and friendly. Always eager to help in whatever way they can. We loved the pool and the fact they have towels as you go out to pool. I could go on and on on each detail, but I won't do that. Overall, we really really like this hotel!! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed and Friendly/helpful Staff My visit was fair. This was the best to offer in the Bonifay Area, but expensive for the quality. When I arrived I had to have the cushion in the single chair replaced because it was badly stained, but the staff promptly removed the cushion. Then I wanted to add an extra blanket to the bed and the blanket stored in the closet in the bag was dirty. Apparently it was not checked by housekeeping to see if it had been used or not, and staff did provide me with a clean blanket. I suggest that if you stay in this you stay on the 3rd floor because the floors are poorly constructed and you can hear people walking on top of you and in the hallway all night long. The walls are very thin. The elevator was out of order 2-3 times during my visit. As a matter of fact the day I checked out I had to carry my luggage down stairs from the 2nd floor, not happy about this. The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the fact that is a newer hotel. June 15, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by smoking room vs nonsmoking rooms Stay would have been more pleasant had I been placed in a nonsmoking room like I really wanted. Although the smoking room was very clean I could not get a comfortable night sleep because of smelling smoke all night. When I called to reserve a room I was told that a non smoking room was available but not for CLC Lodging. Because of this incident I'm not sure if I'll stay here again. May 11, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Smoking room I was a walk-in at 11PM. I told the front desk I am a gold Priority Club member. He did not seem to acknowledge it (no goody bag!). The hotel only had smoking rooms, and I got an expensive rate. While cigarrette smell can be expected, in this case it was overwhelming, and my kids coughed all night. Overall, facilities have a run-down sort of feel, which is not common with my (extensive) HI brand experience. Breakfast was as expected, generally ok. March 21, 2013
