Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MotherBear Not what I would call a suite
It was a nice room, but when I hear "suite", I imagine actual separate rooms. This only had a semi-partitioned sitting area, with the TV still in the sleeping area. I was also hoping for more in the way of cooking facilities, as we were staying several days. Not much you can cook in a microwave with styrofoam plates. I should have read the description a little closer.
Was also a little disappointed with the breakfast. The eggs were probably from powder, and were pretty much inedible. We are all gluten intolerant, so the selection for us was very limited (yogurt, fruit, gross eggs, and a couple pieces of overly processed bacon).
Not a bad hotel, one of the nicer I've stayed at as far as the rooms themselves (and I used to work in the industry). I loved having access to the business centre, and the pool was nice. But the room was not what I was hoping for considering the length of our stay, and the over-use of the word "suite".

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kenny88 Accommodating and very nice staff
They were able to get me in with very short notice, and best of all they were friendly about it. They have a very pleasant staff and keep the hotel in a very clean state. Will definitely stay there again, and bring the family on my next business trip to Bonnyville /Cold Lake.

I suggest that the handing out of one bottle of water and one Rice Krispie square, because I am currently a Gold Priority Club Member and also because my wife was with me making two that people, is definitely senseless and almost insulting. A lot of hotels give water freely and their dayrate isn't any higher and may be even less - hence the insulting part. Because there was two people checking in, receiving the one bottle of water and one treat, is where the senseless part kicks in. Have a little more pride and keep your bottle of water if that is going to cause a financial strain for your company - I have only paid several thousand for my stays and the Holiday Inns so the cost of one bottle of water being too much is understandable.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by thermon disorganized when the fire alarm went off
on the night that the fire alarm went off the keys for the fire alarm panel could not be found. So after getting the permission from the Bonnyville Fire department investigator I pulled the door open so the alarm could be silenced and reset. As a result of this alamr at 2:45 AM and all the confusion i was not able to get back to bed until 3:45AM which made for a very long day at work that day.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MrAwesome HI Express - Bonnyville, AB
Very nice hotel, lobby, room. Good parking. Internet a bit annoying due to required 'codes' - the 24-hour code only worked for about 2 hours. Breakfast was lacking selection and quantity. Front desk staff were excellent. It's a very nice hotel and just needs a little bit of improvement in a couple areas to get all items up to a '5-star' rating. Definitely the place to stay in Bonnyville.
