I cannot say enough about this location from price, cleanliness, friendly staff, the hot breakfast which is included in your room rate as well as snacks provided free of charge during the evening, I feel this hotel goes above April 8, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Overnight Business Stay This is the second time I have stayed at the Bonnyville location. The building is relatively new and the facility has been kept up nicely over the past couple of years. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms (big repeat return factor for me) and the staff has been very hospitable during both of my stays with them. The only area of improvement, at this point, that I would like to see is a bit better quality of breakfast items (greasy sausage patties, paper thin bacon). I did not use the business center, fitness room or pool during my visits, so I cannot provide feedback on these amenities. Overall, I was pleased with the quality and service during my past two visits and will plan to stay at the hotel on my upcoming business trips. March 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Service Team at the Hotel Upon arrival I had three young men upload my car and then they took all the bags and luggage on 2 carts to my room, all while I was still at the front desk checking in. They were very friendly and had a great attitude. I was very impressed. I travel lots and I stay in many hotels. It is rare that I have experienced the high quality of service as I did at the Holiday Inn in Bonnyville. From the minute I walked into the hotel, to the minute I walked out the staff had an exceptional friendly attitude. As I was checking out, there was freezing rain, and it was very icy in the parking lot. The same men that helped me with my bags on check- in, were putting ice melt on the ground in front of me as I walked to my car. I give this hotel a score above and beyond of 100. March 12, 2015
