My only negative thing that has occurred more than twice now is that if you don't get down to the breakfast before 9 on a Sunday, they start shutting things down. Ive arrived at 9:15 or 9:30 on 2 occasions and there was no more gravy, the biscuits were dry, and the cinnamon rolls tasted like they were sitting for a while. Breakfasts attendants don't seem to take care of later arrivals within the breakfast hours. She continued to simply say "sorry no more". Its always clean, customer services is always consistent and the property is well taken care of. October 7, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Thinner than usual walls! I was surprised and dissappointed with this HIX property. It seems to have thinner than usual walls and floors. We were disturbed by both people overhead and neighbors that the A/C couldn't cover for. Had to get out the earplugs. Otherwise the property was nice but the staff seemed a little creepy too. Not friendly and outgoing like we usually find at HI motels. I probably wouldn't stop here again. I guess I earn my nickname on this one! October 6, 2014

All four where clean, new, professional staff, lots of amenities. In no way can you go wrong. Their all "Top Notch!" I won't stay anywhere else. Thanks Holiday Inn Express... October 5, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great service at check in The lady that was at the desk when we checked in, who was very busy, never missed a beat. She was so polite and helpful. She was great. Did have a problem with getting 2 early morning calls from the GM asking for the box fan that we were loaned because the laundry room people needed it...that was not appreciated. Maybe they should consider getting more than one so they aren't waking up guests. The food was ok. There needed to be more choices and the food didn't seem fresh. The GM was friendly and greeted guests in the lobby. There was not adequate seating space to host breakfast. Many were standing or having to go up to their rooms. October 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodating and very friendly staff! Very pleased with our 3 night/4 day stay. From the moment we walked through the door we felt very welcome (traveling with a 2 year old). The staff helped us with restaurant choices and activities (best parks and overlook of the river) to do with our daughter while her dad was working. Very clean and comfortable room, my daughter even made friends with housekeeping (so friendly). We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. September 24, 2014
