Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HodeDo Excellent in every way
Our room was very comfortable, clean and the bed was VERY comfortable! We were very surprised at all the food items on the breakfast...the best we have ever had in a hotel!! The service (especially the breakfast) was wonderful. The amount of items on the breakfast were more than we could eat and the nice fellow brought out warm cinnamon rolls as we arrived. It was very nice and quiet, we will definitely stay again on our journey home from visiting family!

I stayed overnight in Boonville on my way to Denver. The room was comfortable. I have come to count on that. Breakfast left somthing to be desired.
The biscuits were hard as rocks and the eggs were tasteless.
I tried to cover them with the gravy, but it only made it worse. So now I had hard biscuits, tasteless gravy and eggs.
I would use the rooms and a eat lighter breakfast, perhaps cereal and a bagel.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Haulk Front Desk not very personable.
I would not recommed this Holiday Inn Express compared to other Holiday Inn properties I have stayed. The lady with glasses at the front desk was not very friendly. Now one says hi and welcomes you. No one ever says thank-you! I asked the lady at the front desk for extra pillows. Never received, therfore thought my request was ignored. Will never stay at this property again and will not recommend to any of my traveling partners!!!!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by kltrans Great staff and clean room
The motel was very clean and welcoming. The room was very quiet especially being so close to the highway and very clean. The only thing was the bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. For that I only rated the room at 3 but it was exceptionally clean. I would stay there again but would ask if any room had a softer bed than the room I stayed in.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by TooLoudToSleep Room 106
The heater/air conditioner in room 106 squeaked excessively from the moment I arrived until I finally turned it off. As it was only about 30 outside, it did get a little chilly that night. I will admit that I did not go to the desk and ask to move rooms, but as I arrived at almost 11 pm, I was hoping maybe I could just sleep through it.
The real issue is that in the morning when I was checking out, I mentioned it to the front desk so they could at least fix it for the next person. The person at the desk said "oh yes, we've been told there was a problem before, but when I went in the room I didn't hear anything." Not sure how to respond to that one.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by paulu5b Excellent Stay
We decided to stay at the Holdiay Inn Booneville at the last minute on our way to view Central Methodist University, and glad we did. The staff was very helpful letting us know where the resturants were located and when breakfast would be offered the next am. The room was large size with a shower head that was taller than me *(6')-this is always a plus for someone who is tall and does not have to stoop over when washing the shampoo out of hair. The hot tub and pool were good and we liked the 5' depth. We had adequate towels and supplies. The breakfast the next am served bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cinnamon rolls, cold and hot cereal along with fresh fruit. Everyone in our family was able to find something they liked. Even though this was a short stay we were very pleased with the service and hospitalily of Holiday Inn Booneville.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by TheCritic123 Room OK - Breakfast below par for HIExpress
Room was find - clean, heater was quite and room well maintain. Breakfast - Scrabble eggs were dry, Bacon taste old and greasy. HI's famous Cinnimon rolls were dry taste like they been there for days - not what I had at other HI Express. Could tell someone was trying to cut corners on breakfast!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Guests Even in a Snow Storm . . . .
We arrived driving through the "whiteout" snow storm on Dec 20 from St. Louis around 8:15 am. When we got to the Holiday Inn, they had already lost their electric and computers were down. The STAFF was extremely NICE! They assigned us a room, but couldn't finish the paperwork until the couple staying in the room were ready to leave. Since we had arrived early, the Staff told us to help ourselves to the Breakfast that morning. As we sat there, we continued to get updates from the staff and actually had various conversations with guests who were leaving to go back towards St. Louis! I cannot express how we felt so comfortable there EVEN IN A SNOW STORM!!
