Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Had problem getting the weather channel on room TV. Called night clerk and she checked other TV's in her area; they did not show weather channel either. She went online and obtained weather information for us through the area we were planning to drive the next day. She was very helpful and provided the forecast which helped us plan route and timing to stay ahead of a blizzard coming over our planned route. The facility breakfast area as well as the room were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly making for a pleasant stay. I would stay here again if traveling the I70 Route. February 5, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Experience We enjoyed most of everything. Clean & comfortable. Which is important more than anything. Could hear the persons above us tromp around for a long time. Must have been children. Thought if Motel wasn't real full, staff should be mindful of children being placed above others in their senior years. Just a thought. In the a.m. a male staff member is yelling down the hall about a stack of newspapers. Thought his goal was to wake up persons so they would leave motel and cleaning of the rooms could get done early. So we did! Very inconsiderate for a managing staff member ! January 21, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Room but can hear people above me walking Good room but would recommend trying to get a room on the top floor because, to my surprise, I could hear people walking above me. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and the staff is always very friendly and they stay on top of all the maintenance issues. It isn't the staffs fault if the hotel could have been built better. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent motel to stay at as it always has great service and is very clea I have been to this motel numerous times over the years as I bring my grandchildren along with me to visit my extended family and try to make the trip into a mini vacation. This motel has always been very clean and the manager is so friendly and helpful. Since I have visited so many times, he and I know each other by first name. One of the things I appreciate the most, besides the essential, the cleanliness of the rooms and dining room is the warmth of the pool. I not only have small grandchildren that I take with me on my trips, but I also have a neuroimmune disease that requires a warm pool. So many other hotels/motels claim they have a heated indoor pool, but when you try to use it, one might as well take a dip in the Chicago lake in the wintertime. This pool is very warm, clean and relaxing. Might I say it is just pure bliss after a busy day. I appreciate this manager's attention to detail on how to run his motel efficiently. I wish more took the pride in their job like he did, even in this chain. January 9, 2016
