Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stay, issue with room not handled well by managment When we checked into our room it was obvious that someone was checked in before us. The toilet had been used and there was feces left in it. The room also had a very strong musty smell to it. (I would assume that is why the last person checked out of this room) We called the front desk and the manager came to the room, cleaned the toilet July 3, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Problems in the Bath Room was clean and manager was pleasant. Greeted us with IHG recognition and a smile. The A/C was cold, but entire room was clammy and damp. Even the bedsheets felt clammy, A/C not removing moisture from air. Hard to sleep in the dampness. Arrived late and too tired to complain until the morning, but the bathroom sink drain was completely clogged and the shower wand would not tighten, the hose hung almost to floor in the tub and we had to bend over to get our head under it. Toilet seat was very loose and slide to the side when you sat down. Bath poorly designed, no counter space at all. No place to put our toiletries. We reported sink and shower to manager in the morning and he listened. WIFI was very slow for me. Breakfast same as usual, wish they had bacon and not turkey sausage that looked horrible. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel prides themselves on customer focus I stayed at the Boonville MO location over Memorial weekend. The hotel was full to capacity and we were enjoying the day and knew that we were going to check in rather late. The hotel actually gave us a call to check on us to make sure we were still coming and that we could find the location. Our room was very clean. The hotel is due for a room update with some new colors and pictures but the price was very reasonable and we slept very well. We were on the main level close to the breakfast area and we heard nothing in the morning by our room. The service of the staff was very nice. They were wishing everyone a nice day and greeting each person as they entered the door. We told the manager that we would be back next year because of the customer focus and that we enjoyed the stay. June 3, 2015
