Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Night's Sleep The room was very clean and electrical outlets were more than sufficient for my phone, Bluetooth and iPad charging. Love how clean the bathrooms are and how simple check-in and check-out are! The bed was comfortable and very nice that the television monitor turns to accommodate either queen bed. We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express! March 17, 2015

Breakfast was delicious, and we were delighted to have real butter with our pancakes!! Boonville is an amazing town with plenty of shops and friendly folks! We shall return! March 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by stay Suite was not what one would expect, it was more like an extension of sitting area. No privacy if one wished to use the sleeper sofa, which is what we had intended. Ended up booking an additional room for the third person who was to stay with us. Other than this, overal stay was very good. March 11, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Messed up Billing I have stayed at this location quite a few times for buisness with a group, Every time I stay here they mess op the billing, and every time I have to spend 30min or so trying to get it fixed. The last time I stayed they double charged me and it took 3 months and a significant amount of work to get reimbursed. I wll not stay here again unless new managment takes over February 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by most helpful and friendly During my stay I put my iPad on the room desk and forgot to repack it. When I arrived home and discovered the loss, I immediately called the hotel. The desk clerk was most friendly and reported that housekeeping had turned it in earlier. The manager arranged for it to be mailed to me (at my cost, but a much appreciated extra service!) Thank you for the friendly extra care and follow-up to make sure I did receive it later. February 26, 2015
