Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, great service, dirty pool As stated, the bed was comfortable, the room clean, service by the front desk staff enjoyable. The pool and hot tub, however, were a very different story. Hot tub and pool sides were so dirty I couldn't force myself to lean back and relax. Only stayed in about 15 minutes. The jets on the hot tub weren't very strong either. Felt like I needed to be scrubbed with a brillo pad after being in them. August 25, 2015

The Borger stop was to visit relatives for a short time and then continue out journey. The hotel was a very pleasant rest stop August 23, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Room but some issues We were traveling as a family (3 rooms, 10 people). The front desk representative was very accommodating and helped get us all close together on the same floor and she was great during the stay, but the rest of the service at the hotel left something to be desired. We were woke up early by housekeeping. We did not have the do not disturb sign on the door (our mistake) but even so, they started knocking very early. My husband too my daughter down to eat breakfast at 9:20 (breakfast was not over until 10:00) and they were out of a lot of the items usually available. He asked the employee attending the breakfast area if she was going to refill the items (including the pancake machine) and she told him no, very rudely. Her reason provided was that it would take longer to make and refill the items than the 40 minutes that was left for breakfast. This would be understandable if he was there 5 or 10 minutes before the end of breakfast but there was still a good amount of time left prior to it being over. We took our big bags down to the car to load the car (over an hour before check out time) and left some of our smaller items in the room. When my husband came back up to get the rest of our items, the housekeeping staff was already in the room stripping the bed and going through the room. It seems that there needs to be better coordination between the housekeeping staff and the front desk regarding check-outs. To be fair, the hotel is pretty new and was very clean and comfortable. I wish the rest of the staff was as friendly, respectful and helpful as the young lady that checked us in. August 17, 2015
