Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay elsewhere! This hotel was an experience to say the least. Hotel manager was extremely nice and seemed to want to help as issues came up. The problem at this hotel was that the problems never ceased. Everything from being charged dry cleaning prices for normal laundry services to not changing the sheets on my bed. My room was never vacuumed or dusted during my stay (week and a half). I even left a tip for the cleaning staff each time my room was cleaned. Staff had no problem taking the tip but it didn't make any difference when it came to the cleanliness of my room. As a Spire member with IHG, their top tier rewards level, I really would have expected more. There are plenty of other IHG properties in the Bossier City / Shreveport area. I will stay elsewhere next time. January 31, 2016

My truck broke down the next town over and I called to check for a room, she had a room for me and offered to find me a wrecker but I declined and told her I would do it. When I got there she had a plate of a few things to eat ready for me. Which made my day since I hadn't eaten due to being broken down. I stay at a lot of hotels multiple times a week, and that was the best experience I have had at a hotel. January 30, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Staff We recently had a death in the family and found the need for a place to stay a few days. We chose this hotel because of the location. I will stay here again because of the people. I travel with my job and stay in hotels 2 - 3 nights a week. You expect the staff to be friendly and the room to be clean, but the staff at this hotel went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable and had everything we needed. They greeted us by name and all offered their condolences. The rooms were great and the breakfast area was spotless and well-stocked. The lady taking care of the breakfast area made a "goody bag" for my 4 year old granddaughter. I travel to the Shreveport/Bossier City area from time to time. I will start stay staying at this hotel even though it is not the most convenient for my work. The people here make it worth the extra travel time to stay here. January 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dazz Band, here we come! We were greeted at check-in by Denise and her attitude was the best. We were able to check in early and our room was very comfortable. Denise was great in offering suggestions to eat. We wanted to try something that we hadn't eaten before and decided on Japanese. When we checked out, Denise was at the front desk again and she displayed the same hospitable attitude. We realized that we had left an item in the room while traveling back home and she searched the room and call us back right away to inform us that she located the item. I will definitely stay at this location again when traveling to Bossier City/Shreveport. January 23, 2016
