Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room but not clean. Great staff. This is a nice hotel in a good area. Our only complaint was that the room (mainly bathroom floors) should have been cleaner. Bathtub drain was really slow. Darkening curtain over the window was off some of the tabs (not sure if something was broken or some of the holes in the curtain were just off) so we couldn't get the room very dark. May 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love Holiday Inn Express I highly recommend staying at this Bossier City Holiday Inn Express if you can get a good price. This hotel appears to be a new, with all updated furnishings including lobby, rooms, bathrooms, etc. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful (request for roll-away bed and extra towels). It is in the huge parking lot along with Harrah's horse race track. The breakfast was your normal Holiday Inn Express items, such as egg patties with cheese, cereal, muffins, juice, etc., which is enough to get you going. We were there for a baseball tournament and another hotel gave away our room for 2 nights at 6 PM the night of our reservation. Because most hotels were booked due to a busy weekend and we were desperate for a decent hotel, we bit the bullet and paid about way too much for this Holiday Inn Express. A decent price should be $99-$129/night. I was disappointed that they did not give us a better rate. May 7, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff, not so great room! Our group arrived at 3:30 for 3:00 check-in. Only 1 of the 4 rooms were ready. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The first thought when arriving in the room is the rooms are nice. Upon closer inspection, the rooms were extremely dusty, it is obvious it had not been dusted in a while. The bathroom floor was dirty. The entry way light into the room was out. One of the members of our group found a large bug in the hair dryer. The pool was broken and dirty. Housekeeping left no toilet paper in any of the 4 rooms. The pipes are very noisy when toilets flush, sounded like someone was banging on the wall. It is nice that the rooms have microwaves, coffee makers, and refrigerators. The complimentary breakfast is also a nice perk. The kids loved cooking their own pancakes. April 29, 2015
