My was having a gathering in Bossier City this pass weekend, so my wife had stop one of the cleaning women and ask her to service our room and that we was leaving the hotel for a few hours. went we return to our room 10 hrs later service person didn't make the beds took the old towels but didn't replace them with fresh one, took the bag out the trash cans and didn't replace them, didn't wipe down the tray that was use for breakfast that morning and last but not least, didn't replace the used coffee filters. My wife had to call down and report this to the from desk, and the 4 other families that was staying at the same hotel attended the same function as I also experienced the same thing in the one. I spoke with the front desk about it and was told the manager was out of town until the following day, until they sent me this survey no one has contacted me.

Hotel is clean, bright, and welcoming both inside and out. Staff is very courteous and quick to assist you. Cherie who oversees the breakfast bar goes above and beyond her job description to keep the food line stocked and cleaned while greeting everyone that comes in to have breakfast. Kimberly the GM is an excellent manager and the whole staff make your stay an enjoyable one. Will be back and will stay in this hotel again.
