Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Don't judge a book by it's cover! The first impression was not favorable. Driving into Boston, it was a little difficult to find the property. Also, there was not much space out front to park and had to circle for a little while. However, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Really makes a world of difference to have such a pleasant greeting. Also, the location is fantastic. Within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and attractions. My biggest complaint is the parking. There is a parking lot down the block for $10 a day but the hotel charges $38. Seems a little steep. September 3, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by horrible service and stay I booked a king size wheelchair accessible suite months prior, when we got there, they gave us a queen size non accessible room. ( no valet to help us with luggage, the lady at the front had to drag it all up herself). Then they switched us to a wheelchair accessible room which was king size, however no air conditioning( it was over 90 that day). No refrigerator or properly functioning TV either. We lucked out and had a great guy named Bob, who was in charge of maintenance( the only person in that hotel with any sense of customer service and consideration). Bob went to the trouble of getting us a fridge and a fan as well as made sure we got moved to the room we originally booked in the first place. We finally got moved the next day, room was fine, but the shower hose was so short that it couldn't reach the shower bench they had installed. No recommendations for this hotel( this is my first review ever on a hotel) Kudos to Bob, we sure appreciated your help and kindness on this trip! August 30, 2014
