Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk did their best. Hot humid weather with A/C not working for all three nights. Phone handset did not work but was replaced. Hair dryer would not work but was fixed. Frig door hard to open & was leaking at the start. This was also corrected but not a pleasant stay. September 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and staff My wife and I went to Boston to see the city and what we could of New England. The hotel is in walking distance to almost anything you would want to see in Boston and has easy access to the interstate and US-1. The hotel staff was eager to help with everything we needed. The only drawback was there was no on site guest laundry which turned out to be a blessing. The staff pointed us to a laundry over on Salem and we were able to see a whole section we didn't know was there and ended up enjoying some of the great Italian restaurants in that area.
