I was picked up right away on the return trip. Great dining options in the mall next door. Not a value place, but a good option to parking at Logan. May 4, 2015

Go above and beyond the standard of care for their guests.Their morning breakfast is very nicely done. I find the rooms to be very clean and the beds very comfortable. I have stayed at this property on several occasions and reallt enjoy it. April 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely friendly personnel Loved everything about it with exception to the bathroom.which looked like the floor could use a little maintenance. The floor was clean but the floor needed fixing in my opinion. Also, I felt that the pillows provided were too soft. Using 2 pillows was too high and one was too low. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by customer service I would have rated this hotel as excellent but the customer service was poor with my experience with Carol and Robin. I have a simple question to find out which among the 9 Stops I mentioned to them would be closest to the hotel. These stops where the locations that the trolley picks up and both of them said that these stops were near each other and it doesn't matter where I tell the taxi to drop me off. But they were wrong. South station was closer to thd hotel versus any of the other stops which include USS Constitution, Boston commons, Long Wharf, etc. They should know but they didn't and to me that is poor customer service. The hotel staff supported the marathon by taking all our pictures, providing post-race snacks, and having us sign a poster on the wall. The great: price, location (5-7 min walk to T-station), shuttle bus to/from airport ($5 for adults, kids free), free breakfast, welcoming April 24, 2015
