THen the afternoon staff was helpful in letting me enter the business center, arrange for trip to airport on a late Friday afternoon. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Second Tier Service I had difficulty getting into my room, the key card didn't work. So they gave me a different key card that worked. Next day the same thing, they sent a technician with the "black box", great, except they didn't fix it so the same thing happened again and I was late for a business appointment. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy travel to the Airport! This hotel is an older building but very clean. The staff is friendly and always helpful with any questions you may have. The beds are not the most comfortable but sheets and pillows are always clean. It is a great stay over for those flying out of Logan early in the morning - the shuttle runs on time and easy very easy to catch. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ACCOMMODATIONS, FREE PARKING AND INCLUDED BREAKFAST! We stayed for 3 nights and actually booked a 2nd room for our travelling companion as we were attending a family wedding in Back Bay. Our accommdations were awesome. We were on the 6th floor. The rooms were clean, quiet and the staff did an excellent job and were very friendly. The rooms also included a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Our companion traveller was so happy with our choice of accommodations. She was so pleased with the price and the fact that breakfast was included. The breakfast bar had hot and cold cereals, pancakes sausage, eggs, yogurt, a variety of breads, buns, bagels, juices, coffee and tea and fruit. There was no shortage of food and staff kept the dining area neat and tidy. Fresh cookies were served at 6 pm. The coffee bar was open 24 hours. The only problem we had was finding the entrance. It was dark when we arrived and we didn't travel far enough along Boston Street. The good news was that we could see the building .. just couldn't get to it. We did not use the service but they had a shuttle service to different areas. Parking in downtown Boston was very expensive ! Would definitely stay here if we were going to Boston again.! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant one night stay Stayed one night for business. Hotel over all was clean - staff was very friendly! I was surprised of the size of the room, smaller then other Holiday Express locations I have stayed in but since it is in the city of Boston that is probably to be expected. Would definitely recommend! Shopping and places to eat are very close which is convenient as well. December 12, 2014
