My first time at this hotel and it proved to be a winner. The staff are excellent and will respond to any concern you may have. They will make sure your visit is comfortable and to your liking. They even have pancakes available throughout the evening. I slept like a baby. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are flying in/out of LOGAN Airport.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Shuttle Service is a Joke
For the price and location, the hotel was adequate. The room was generally clean and the staff was professional and warm. The problem with this hotel is the location and shuttle service. The location of the hotel make the shuttle service necessary particularly at night. The shuttle service was never reliable and left us waiting to the point where we started walking back. It just never arrived to pick us up and what make matters worse, no one called to give us a status update (tell us it was not coming). The location of the hotel and the distance to the train station is not conducive for walking especially at night for women or children. Knowing what I know now, I will not be back.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great staff; good room; neighborhood is iffy
The best part about our stay was the staff at the front desk. Couldn't ask for more. Helpful and courteous.
The room and the rest of the hotel were comparable to other Holiday Inn Expresses. We were happy overall. Room felt damp in the evening, but it was very humid while we were staying there.
The neighborhood around the hotel doesn't appear to be the best. I could be wrong. The hotel is within walking distance to the Andrew Subway station, but we didn't feel totally comfortable walking it at night. Many stores were also within a short drive or walk (i.e. Target, Home Depot...) as well as a couple chain restaurants.
