This hotel was a good stay for us. We stayed two nights; the room was clean and the towels were nice and thick. Overall, I think the hotel needs updating and better lighting in the hallways. The elevator is EXTREMELY SLOW!! The staff was super nice!

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Boulder, was a very pleasant and positive experience. Everything was up to our expectations, including staff, room comfort and cleanliness. We certainly appreciated all of the amenities provided to us, especially the wonderful breakfast with so many options that got us off to a great start each day. The location is great, just a bit up the road from town, with close access to Wonderland Lake, the perfect place for your daily exercise!

Good room and liked the accommodations. There was a street light that shone in my window so I had to shut the curtains all the way, so no morning light to wake me up. The alarm clock was right on time.

I've stayed here twice in the last 6 weeks. Both times the night staff failed to provide my requested early morning wakeup calls. During each stay I awoke slightly late and had to wake the night clerk up to ask for hot coffee and inquire as to why the wakeup call wasn't made. Apparently, he needs a wakeup call so as to provide wakeup calls. To add insult to injury, the call I made to the general manager 5 days ago still hasn't been returned.
