Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room and great value We had a double bed room with bonus room which had a pull out bed. The bathroom had doors for each room, and the sink area was outside the shower area. The design and space made it very accommodating for four adults. The price was excellent. The room was clean, and the request for extra towels was immediately handled. We enjoyed the drinks and popcorn upon arrival. This met our needs perfectly. November 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Front Desk service All of the folks at the front desk were Helpful courteous and cared about me as a guest. the room could have been cleaned every weekend but wasn't due to thee hotel being busy on some weekends but not on others. As I work nights I want the room cleaned as soon as Housekeeping gets in and is available. As it was it was only cleaned 2 times in 55 days and the pillows and sheets weren't changed then. still had blood on them from a cut on my arm. I left the hotel for a weekend and left the privacy sign off the door the room was left in that condition. November 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable beds bad service It started when I checked in. I have stayed at many holiday inns. This is the first time I had to sign a document about all the rules of the hotel. Things that I'm not allowed to do. I asked is they ever had problems with rowdy guests before and they said no, but I doubt that since I have never had to sign such a document before and I travel about 40% of the time for work and stay at a lot of hotels. Definitely a first. After checking in, the room had bugs. Silver fish by the window and some other black bugs. Disgusting. I called down for extra towels and was told they didn't have any towels to give me but can send me a towel from the pool, which was small and didn't do much. We also asked for a couple extra sheets and was questioned. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. My husband and kids also said the same thing. Did not get a good night sleep due to the uncomfortableness of the beds. Front desk staff was not nice nor helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever again and will never stay at this hotel again. November 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, attractive decor, comfortable bed My experience in this Holiday Inn Express surprised me. For the price, which was less than competitors, the hotel exceeded my expectations in attractiveness and in the comfort and quality of the room. I was very pleased. I had to wake up very early in the morning before the breakfast room was open, but the front desk attendant made me coffee. She was kind and attentive. I would stay in this hotel the next time I am in the area. November 10, 2015
